鄭州大學體育學院表演系學生運動損傷致因分析

【摘要】:隨著社會的進步,時代的發(fā)展,各個項目對專業(yè)技術要求越來越高,對動作難度的要求也越來越大。鄭州大學體育學院表演系的各門專業(yè)課程不僅要求學生要有優(yōu)美的表現(xiàn)力,而且一直朝著高難度、高負荷、高強度的方向發(fā)展,但與此同時,運動損傷的比例也隨之不斷增加,即使是訓練有素的運動員也難免會因此而出現(xiàn)一些損傷。目前,鄭州大學體育學院表演系3個年級,共有120名學生,其中女生80人,男生40人。學生將在學院進行四年系統(tǒng)的專業(yè)課程訓練,并參加全國及省里舉辦的一系列相關的比賽或表演。這些學生的條件差異很大,身體素質(zhì)不同,身體條件不同,技術水平不同,在專業(yè)學習過程中,很多都是比較喜愛表演或者具有比較強表現(xiàn)欲望的學生。然而,由于學生自身能力差,身體素質(zhì)達不到技術的要求,基本功和基本技術不扎實,身體控制能力差,動作感覺差,所以在學習的過程中更容易造成運動損傷。 大學生運動損傷的各種致因非常復雜也有著多樣性。本文對表演系學生的運動損傷的研究,主要有這幾個方面:1)運動損傷的類型2)運動損傷的所產(chǎn)生的部位3)運動損傷的致因。在表演系學生運動損傷致因中心理因素所產(chǎn)生的損傷是相對比較突出的。比如由于學生的表現(xiàn)力、意志力等較弱,導致在課堂訓練中自身要求不嚴格,練習不認真以及對運動損傷的危害性認識不足,致使動作放松、落地松散、造成損傷。在表演系課程中通過一些心理訓練對表演大學生運動損傷的預防起著重要的作用。本文對鄭州大學體育學院表演系學生的損傷致因的研究可以更好的指導教學、在各專項課教學、訓練過程中有意識的提高學生的各種素質(zhì)。提高學生對運動損傷類型與部位的認識,加強對運動損傷發(fā)生原因的學習預防,并積極的給與干預。對于在表演系學生中已經(jīng)產(chǎn)生的運動損傷及時治療做好康復訓練。提高鄭州大學體育學院表演系學生的整體教學水平及對有效預防表演系大學生的運動損傷有一定的現(xiàn)實意義。

But at the same time, the proportion of sports injuries is also increasing, even trained athletes will inevitably have some injuries. The psychological factor in the sports injury of students of acting department is relatively prominent. For example, because of the students' expressiveness, The weakness of willpower leads to the lack of strict requirements in classroom training, the lack of serious practice and insufficient understanding of the harmfulness of sports injuries, resulting in the relaxation of movements and the looseness of landing. In the course of acting department, some psychological training plays an important role in the prevention of sports injury of performing college students. The study of the cause of injury in performance department of physical education college of Zhengzhou University can better guide the teaching. In the course of teaching and training of special courses, the students' various qualities should be improved consciously, the students' understanding of the types and parts of sports injuries should be improved, and the learning and prevention of the causes of sports injuries should be strengthened. And actively give intervention. To do a good job of rehabilitation training for the sports injury that has already occurred among the students of acting department. Improve the overall teaching level of the students of performance department of Zhengzhou university physical education college and effectively prevent the performance department. The sports injury of students has certain practical significance.
