【摘要】：穩(wěn)定同位素(C、H、O、N等)的分布具有一定的地域特征性,這種地域特征性可以通過食物、水、空氣等多種途徑在人的身體組織,如指甲、頭發(fā)、牙齒、骨骼等中體現(xiàn)出來。對(duì)生物物證供體的人體組織進(jìn)行穩(wěn)定同位素檢驗(yàn)分析,可以推斷其生活時(shí)空信息。本文以指甲作為研究對(duì)象,通過穩(wěn)定同位素檢驗(yàn)初步探討了國(guó)內(nèi)兩個(gè)不同城市——四川達(dá)州和陜西咸陽(yáng)兩市常住居民指甲中C、H、O、N穩(wěn)定同位素比值特征,并利用所建立的方法對(duì)達(dá)州一起案件中死者的指甲進(jìn)行了分析,結(jié)合兩個(gè)城市的實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)推斷了死者生前可能的生活地域信息,驗(yàn)證了穩(wěn)定同位素檢驗(yàn)在生物物證供體生活時(shí)空信息推斷中應(yīng)用的可行性。穩(wěn)定同位素?cái)?shù)據(jù)分析和信息推斷需建立在穩(wěn)定同位素?cái)?shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的基礎(chǔ)之上,本文探討了人體組織中穩(wěn)定同位素分析在生物物證供體生活時(shí)空信息推斷中的作用,揭示了建立全國(guó)性的固定區(qū)域常住居民指甲、頭發(fā)、牙齒、骨骼中穩(wěn)定同位素?cái)?shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的重要意義。同時(shí),穩(wěn)定同位素檢驗(yàn)在暴恐分子生活時(shí)空信息調(diào)查、未知名尸體身源推斷、重大事故受害者身份確認(rèn)等領(lǐng)域也具有廣闊應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:The distribution of stable isotopes (Con) has certain regional characteristics, which can be found in human body tissues, such as nails, hair, teeth, etc., through food, water, air, etc. Bones and so on. The biological evidence donor's human body tissue stability isotope examination analysis, may infer its life time and space information. This article regards the fingernail as the research object, By means of stable isotope test, the characteristics of stable isotopic ratios in fingernails of two different cities in China, Dazhou, Sichuan, and Xianyang, Shaanxi, have been preliminarily discussed. Using the established method to analyze the fingernails of the deceased in a case in Dazhou, and combining the experimental data of the two cities, we infer the possible living region information of the deceased before his death. The feasibility of applying stable isotope test to the estimation of temporal and spatial information of biological evidence donors is verified. The analysis and information inference of stable isotope data should be based on the stable isotope database. This paper discusses the role of stable isotopic analysis in human tissues in the estimation of temporal and spatial information on life of biological evidence donors, and reveals the establishment of a nationwide fixed area for permanent residents' nails, hair and teeth. At the same time, the stable isotope test has a broad application prospect in the fields of investigation of temporal and spatial information of violent terrorist molecules, inferences of unknown body sources, identification of victims of major accidents and so on.
