【摘要】：正術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)、轉(zhuǎn)移是導(dǎo)致進(jìn)展期胃癌預(yù)后差的重要因素。胃癌術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)主要包括殘胃復(fù)發(fā)及吻合口復(fù)發(fā),胃癌術(shù)后轉(zhuǎn)移則常見(jiàn)于淋巴結(jié)、腹膜和肝臟轉(zhuǎn)移。影像學(xué)對(duì)于判斷胃癌術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)、轉(zhuǎn)移有重要價(jià)值,常用手段包括CT、磁共振成像(MRI)及正電子發(fā)射計(jì)算機(jī)斷層顯像(PET)等。近年來(lái)鮮見(jiàn)關(guān)于胃癌術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)、轉(zhuǎn)移影像學(xué)診斷的文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道,但其早期檢出及診斷對(duì)提高胃癌病人療效和預(yù)后具有重要意義。本文將結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)及臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)影像學(xué)在胃癌術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)、轉(zhuǎn)移診斷的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行概述。
[Abstract]:Recurrence and metastasis are important factors leading to poor prognosis of advanced gastric cancer. Recurrence of gastric cancer after operation mainly includes residual gastric recurrence and recurrence of anastomotic stoma, and metastasis of gastric cancer is common in lymph nodes after operation. Peritoneal and liver metastases. Imaging is of great value in judging the recurrence and metastasis of gastric cancer after operation. The commonly used methods include CTT, MRI and PET, etc. In recent years, the recurrence of gastric cancer after operation is rare. The literature on metastatic imaging diagnosis is reported, but its early detection and diagnosis is of great significance in improving the curative effect and prognosis of gastric cancer patients. The application of metastasis diagnosis was summarized.
