【摘要】：目的探究強調放療與適形放療計劃在診治該病過程中的計量學對比。方法回顧性分析該院2013年10月11日-2015年10月10日84例診治中晚期食管癌患者的治療情況,將其隨機分為強調組和適形組,每組患者各42例,測定并比較兩組患者預防照射區(qū)和腫瘤區(qū)照射劑量參數(shù)及體積參數(shù)。結果強調組患者在預防照射區(qū)D_(100)、D_(95)、V_(105)及HI值均優(yōu)于適形組患者(P0.05);兩組患者在預防照射區(qū)V_(100)、V_(95)值基本一致(P0.05);強調組患者在腫瘤區(qū)V_(100)、HI值均優(yōu)于適形組患者(P0.05);兩組患者在腫瘤區(qū)D_(100)、D_(95)、V_(105)及V_(95)值基本一致(P0.05)。結論強調放療較適形放療計劃使患者的預防照射區(qū)和腫瘤區(qū)均可獲得較好的照射劑量,且患者病灶部位可獲得更高的生物等效劑量,適于臨床推廣使用。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the metrological comparison between radiotherapy and conformal radiotherapy in the diagnosis and treatment of the disease. Methods 84 patients with advanced esophageal carcinoma from October 11th 2013 to October 10th 2015 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. They were randomly divided into emphasis group and conformal group with 42 patients in each group. The dose parameters and volume parameters of the two groups were measured and compared. Results it was emphasized that the values of the two groups were superior to those of the conformal group (P 0.05) and that of the patients of the two groups in the prevention area of radiation exposure, and the values of the two groups were basically superior to those of the conformal group (P < 0.05) in the prevention area of radiation exposure, and the value of the patients in the two groups was basically higher than that of the patients in the prevention area of radiation exposure. It was emphasized that the HI value of the patients in the tumor area was higher than that in the conformal group, and the values of the two groups were basically consistent with the values of P0.05in the tumor area. Conclusion it is important to emphasize that the plan of radiotherapy is more conformal than that of the conformal radiotherapy plan so that the preventive radiation area and the tumor area can be obtained in both the prevention area and the tumor area. A better dose of radiation, Higher bioequivalent dose can be obtained at the lesion site, which is suitable for clinical application.
