【摘要】：目的探討急進(jìn)高原駐訓(xùn)軍人不同任務(wù)階段正負(fù)性情緒變化特點(diǎn)與人格特征的關(guān)系。方法采用正負(fù)性情緒量表(positive and negative affect scale,PANAS)和艾森克人格問卷(Eysenck personality questionnaire,EPQ),對(duì)700名急進(jìn)高海拔高原駐訓(xùn)軍人進(jìn)行縱向動(dòng)態(tài)追蹤測(cè)評(píng),分析其正負(fù)性情緒變化特點(diǎn)與人格特征之間的關(guān)系。對(duì)正負(fù)情緒量表進(jìn)行同質(zhì)性檢測(cè),同質(zhì)性信度(Cronbach’sα系數(shù))為0.94,斯皮爾曼分半信度在0.936,說明適用于急進(jìn)高原駐訓(xùn)軍人的測(cè)評(píng)。結(jié)果 (1)急進(jìn)高海拔高原駐訓(xùn)軍人負(fù)性情緒因子得分呈現(xiàn)顯著的階段差異(P0.01)。(2)內(nèi)地集結(jié)期,正性情緒因子得分外向型軍人顯著高于內(nèi)向型軍人(P0.05),負(fù)性情緒因子得分內(nèi)向型軍人顯著高于外向型軍人(P0.05)。(3)內(nèi)地集結(jié)期,正性情緒因子得分情緒穩(wěn)定型和中間型軍人顯著高于情緒不穩(wěn)定型軍人,負(fù)性情緒因子得分情緒不穩(wěn)定型軍人顯著高于情緒穩(wěn)定型和中間型軍人(P0.05)。結(jié)論急進(jìn)高海拔高原駐訓(xùn)軍人正負(fù)性情緒變化與人格特征存在密切關(guān)系,性格外向和情緒穩(wěn)定軍人多以正性情緒為主,階段變化不顯著;性格內(nèi)向和情緒不穩(wěn)定軍人更容易產(chǎn)生負(fù)性情緒,階段變化顯著。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the relationship between positive and negative emotion changes and personality characteristics in different task stages of military personnel in rapid entry to the plateau. Methods using positive and negative affect scale PANASand Eysenck personality questionnaire EPQQ, 700 patients who entered Gaohai were enrolled in this study. To carry out the longitudinal dynamic tracking and evaluation of the soldiers stationed in the plateau, The relationship between positive and negative emotional characteristics and personality characteristics was analyzed. The coefficient of homogeneity reliability and Spelman split-half reliability were 0.94 and 0.936, respectively. The results showed that the scores of negative emotion factors of the soldiers at high altitude were significantly different (P < 0.01), and the scores of negative emotion factors were significantly different (P < 0.01) during the accumulation period of inland areas. The scores of positive emotional factors in extroverted soldiers were significantly higher than those in introverted soldiers (P0.05N), and the scores of negative emotional factors in introverted soldiers were significantly higher than those in extroverted soldiers (P0.05. The scores of positive emotional factors were significantly higher in the stable and middle type soldiers than in the unstable ones. The scores of negative emotional factors in soldiers with emotional instability were significantly higher than those in soldiers with emotional stability and middle type (P 0.05). Conclusion there is a close relationship between positive and negative emotion changes and personality characteristics of soldiers in training at high altitude. Most of the extroverted and emotionally stable soldiers had positive emotions, but the stage changes were not significant, while the introverted and emotionally unstable soldiers were more likely to produce negative emotions, and the stage changes were significant.
