【摘要】：目的:分析運(yùn)動(dòng)性創(chuàng)傷后遺癥的治療過(guò)程。方法:對(duì)某醫(yī)院康復(fù)醫(yī)學(xué)科運(yùn)動(dòng)創(chuàng)傷后遺癥治療部門(mén)訓(xùn)練的20例運(yùn)動(dòng)創(chuàng)傷后遺癥患者進(jìn)行治療,所有患者在進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)型創(chuàng)傷后遺癥治療前、后各作一次評(píng)測(cè),評(píng)測(cè)的內(nèi)容有:ASIA損害分級(jí)、ASIA運(yùn)動(dòng)分以及感覺(jué)分、MBI。本文只對(duì)患者治療前的Ashworth痙攣分級(jí)進(jìn)行評(píng)測(cè),對(duì)所有患者的治療時(shí)間進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì),同時(shí)求出ASIA運(yùn)動(dòng)分以及感覺(jué)分、MBI治療前后的變化量,以及ASIA與MBI效率(變化量/治療時(shí)間),并且對(duì)患者神經(jīng)性功能進(jìn)行評(píng)分。結(jié)果:在對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)性創(chuàng)傷后遺癥患者進(jìn)行治療的過(guò)程中,ASIA運(yùn)動(dòng)分與MBI在訓(xùn)練后有顯著提高,ASIA感覺(jué)分訓(xùn)練前后無(wú)顯著性差異。痙攣嚴(yán)重程度和病程呈正相關(guān);病程和治療前MBI呈正相關(guān);MBI和ASIA運(yùn)動(dòng)分呈正相關(guān)。ASIA運(yùn)動(dòng)平均效率為0.13,MBI平均效率為0.56。治療前運(yùn)動(dòng)性創(chuàng)傷后遺癥患者五組神經(jīng)功能評(píng)分不具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。運(yùn)動(dòng)性創(chuàng)傷后遺癥患者手術(shù)前后的自理能力、轉(zhuǎn)移、行走以及總分均較治療前有顯著性差異;而括約肌功能雖然較治療前有所好轉(zhuǎn),但無(wú)顯著性差異。結(jié)論:隨著運(yùn)動(dòng)性創(chuàng)傷時(shí)間的增加,痙攣情況逐漸嚴(yán)重;運(yùn)動(dòng)性創(chuàng)傷后遺癥治療有助于增強(qiáng)患者的運(yùn)動(dòng)功能及神經(jīng)功能。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the treatment process of sports trauma sequelae. Methods: 20 cases of sports trauma sequelae were treated by training department of rehabilitation medicine department in a hospital. All the patients were evaluated before and after the treatment of sports trauma sequelae. The contents of the evaluation included: Asia damage grade, Asia motor score and sensory score. MBI. this article only evaluates the Ashworth spasm grade before treatment, and calculates the time of treatment for all patients, and calculates the ASIA motor score and the sensory score at the same time. The changes of MBI before and after treatment, as well as the efficiency of ASIA and MBI (volume of change / duration of treatment). Results: during the treatment of patients with motor trauma sequelae, the Asia score and MBI were significantly improved after training. There was no significant difference in ASIA sensory score before and after training. There was a positive correlation between the severity of spasm and the course of disease. The course of disease was positively correlated with MBI before treatment. There was a positive correlation between MBI and ASIA. The average efficiency of Asia was 0.13. The average efficiency of MBI was 0.56.There was no statistical significance in the scores of nerve function in the five groups of patients with post-traumatic sports sequelae before and after the treatment. The self-care ability and metastasis of the patients with post-operative sports trauma sequelae were not statistically significant. Walking and total scores were significantly different from those before treatment. The sphincter function was better than that before treatment, but there was no significant difference. Conclusion: with the increase of time of sports trauma, spasm becomes more and more serious. The treatment of sports trauma sequelae is helpful to enhance the motor function and nerve function of the patients.
