【摘要】：目的利用西安市居民死因登記報(bào)告資料,分析2010-2014年西安市兒童青少年意外傷害死亡情況,為開展和完善兒童青少年傷害干預(yù)提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法死因資料來自西安市疾病監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)死因監(jiān)測(cè)資料,用ICD-10進(jìn)行死因分類和根本死因編碼,根本死因ICD-10編碼為V01-Y98的死亡為傷害死亡。結(jié)果 2010~2014年西安市0~19歲兒童青少年占總?cè)丝诘谋壤秊?9.63%,兒童青少年死亡數(shù)占總死亡數(shù)的1.92%,兒童青少年意外傷害死亡占該年齡死亡數(shù)的27.52%;兒童青少年意外傷害死亡率為16.16/10萬,男孩死亡率均高于女孩,總差異有顯著性(χ~2=84.03,P0.01),0~19歲傷害死亡率隨年齡增大逐步下降;交通事故、溺水、意外事故、意外跌落、自殺為兒童青少年意外傷害前5位死因,占傷害死亡總數(shù)的80.03%。結(jié)論交通事故、溺水、意外事故、意外跌落、自殺是西安市兒童青少年意外傷害的主要死因。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the accidental injury death of children and adolescents in Xi'an City from 2010 to 2014 by using the data of death cause registration report of Xi'an residents, so as to provide scientific basis for carrying out and perfecting injury intervention of children and adolescents. Methods the data of cause of death were collected from the death surveillance data of Xi'an disease surveillance system. ICD-10 was used to classify the cause of death and code the basic cause of death. The death of the root cause of death encoded as V01-Y98 was injury death. Results from 2010 to 2014, the proportion of children and adolescents aged 19 years old accounted for 19.63% of the total population, the number of children and adolescents accounted for 1.92% of the total number of deaths, and the accidental injury deaths of children and adolescents accounted for 27.52% of the total number of deaths in that age. The mortality rate of accidental injury in children and adolescents was 16.16 / 100000, the mortality rate of boys was significantly higher than that of girls, and the mortality rate of injuries at the age of 0 was gradually decreased with the increase of age. Traffic accidents, drowning, accidents, accidental falls and suicide were the top five causes of accidental injury in children and adolescents, accounting for 80.03% of the total number of injuries. Conclusion Traffic accidents, drowning, accidents, accidental falls and suicide are the main causes of accidental injury among children and adolescents in Xi'an.
