單中心兒保門診建檔嬰幼兒高體質(zhì)指數(shù)相關(guān)因素分析

【摘要】:目的了解重慶市嬰幼兒體質(zhì)指數(shù)(body mass index,BMI)分布情況,探討高BMI相關(guān)因素。方法選取2010年1月1日至2014年11月1日期間在重慶醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬兒童醫(yī)院兒童保健科進(jìn)行體質(zhì)量、身長(zhǎng)等保健檢查的7個(gè)月至2歲嬰幼兒共31 902例(男童17 511例,女童14 391例)為研究對(duì)象,并記錄社會(huì)人口統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)、出生情況及喂養(yǎng)情況等信息,采用χ2檢驗(yàn)、Pearson相關(guān)分析及多因素logistic回歸模型進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果 7個(gè)月至2歲嬰幼兒高BMI檢出率為16.1%,男、女童分別為18.1%(3 175/17 511)和13.5%(1 948/14 391),男童檢出率高于女童(P0.01)。市區(qū)、巨大兒、剖宮產(chǎn)、父母文化程度高、部分母乳喂養(yǎng)嬰幼兒高BMI的檢出率較高,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。多因素logistic回歸模型分析顯示,年齡、性別、地區(qū)、出生體質(zhì)量、分娩方式、胎齡以及父母文化程度與高BMI有關(guān)(P0.01)。結(jié)論出生體質(zhì)量、分娩方式、年齡、性別、胎齡、父母文化程度以及地區(qū)是嬰幼兒高BMI狀態(tài)的相關(guān)因素,預(yù)防兒童肥胖應(yīng)從多方面控制。
