三重四級桿-氣質(zhì)聯(lián)用法測定生活飲用水中半揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物

【摘要】:目的建立三重四級桿-氣質(zhì)聯(lián)用法(GC-MS/MS)測定生活飲用水中半揮發(fā)有機(jī)物。方法通過大體積固相萃取裝置連續(xù)進(jìn)樣,同時處理多個樣品,用C18固相萃取柱吸附水樣中的目標(biāo)組分,通過二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯對生活飲用水中半揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物進(jìn)行提取、分離;經(jīng)DB-5MS毛細(xì)管色譜柱程序升溫分離,利用三重四級桿-氣質(zhì)聯(lián)用法(GC-MS/MS)選擇離子模式(SRM模式)對目標(biāo)物進(jìn)行定性,最后用苊-D_(10)、菲-D_(10)、屈-D_(12)三種內(nèi)標(biāo)對21種半揮發(fā)有機(jī)物分別進(jìn)行定量分析,進(jìn)而對生活飲用水中21種半揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物進(jìn)行檢測。結(jié)果該方法通過二級質(zhì)譜掃描提高了檢測的靈敏度,穩(wěn)定性好、選擇性高,線性相關(guān)系數(shù)在0.9902以上,檢出限小于5.0×10~(-5)mg/L,回收率為72.6%~127.3%,相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差為1.05%~9.89%。結(jié)論此方法快速、準(zhǔn)確、可靠,可用于生活飲用水中微量半揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物的日常監(jiān)測。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a triple four-stage bar-mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS) for the determination of semi-volatile organic compounds in drinking water. Methods A large volume solid phase extraction device was used to continuously inject samples and treat multiple samples at the same time. The target components in the water samples were adsorbed by C18 solid phase extraction column, and the semi-volatile organic compounds in drinking water were extracted by dichloromethane and ethyl acetate. Separation; The target was characterized by triple four-stage rod-mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS) selective ion mode (SRM model) by DB-5MS capillary column temperature programmed separation. Finally, acenaphthene-D10 and phenanthrene D10 were used. 21 kinds of semi-volatile organic compounds were quantitatively analyzed by three internal standards of qu-D12, and then 21 kinds of semi-volatile organic compounds in drinking water were detected.
