武漢市飲用水中全氟辛烷磺酸和全氟辛酸健康風險評價

【摘要】:目的對武漢市飲用水全氟辛烷磺酸(PFOS)和全氟辛酸(PFOA)含量進行調(diào)查和風險評估。方法武漢市9個市政水廠,每個水廠采集水源水、出廠水、末梢水各一份,采用固相萃取-高效液相色譜串聯(lián)質(zhì)譜法,測定水樣中的PFOS和PFOA含量,實驗數(shù)據(jù)采用SPSS 11.0統(tǒng)計軟件進行分析,運用化學污染物風險評價模型進行風險概率評價。結(jié)果所有水樣均未檢出PFOS。飲用水中PFOA含量水源水為18.12~119.31 ng/L,出廠水為17.25~108.98 ng/L,末梢水17.01~112.91 ng/L。PFOA含量水源水與出廠水、末梢水,出廠水與末梢水之間均存在正相關(guān)關(guān)系(P≤0.01),但水源水、出廠水、末梢水中PFOA濃度分布差異無統(tǒng)計學意義。以漢江和長江為水源地的飲用水中PFOA通過飲水途徑對飲用者所致健康危害的個人年風險分別為3.0×10-11和1.2×10-10。結(jié)論武漢市飲用水中存在PFOA污染,PFOA通過飲水途徑對飲用者所致健康危害的個人年風險低于國際輻射防護委員會(ICRP)推薦的最大可接受水平。
