【摘要】：母乳歷來(lái)被認(rèn)為是無(wú)菌的,但是最新的研究表明,母乳可為嬰兒持續(xù)提供能夠定植于嬰兒腸道的益生菌如乳酸乳球菌和發(fā)酵乳桿菌,這些細(xì)菌可以促使嬰兒腸道發(fā)育及免疫系統(tǒng)的成熟,以提高自身對(duì)病原菌的抵抗能力.本文就母乳中細(xì)菌的種類、來(lái)源及其對(duì)新生子代腸道菌群及免疫作用進(jìn)行了綜述,以期為母乳微生物的研究和利用提供參考.
[Abstract]:Breast milk has traditionally been considered aseptic, but new studies have shown that breast milk continues to provide infants with probiotics such as Lactococcus lactis and Lactobacillus fermentata that can be colonized in the baby's intestines. These bacteria can promote intestinal development and maturation of the immune system in infants to improve their resistance to pathogenic bacteria. In this paper, the species and sources of bacteria in breast milk and their intestinal flora and immune function in neonatal generation were reviewed in order to provide reference for the research and utilization of breast milk microorganisms.
