【摘要】：目的探討醫(yī)院放射人員知覺(jué)壓力狀況,并分析相關(guān)因素。方法選取華北理工大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院、唐山工人醫(yī)院、唐山市人民醫(yī)院放射人員216名為觀察組,非放射人員216名為對(duì)照組,行一般情況調(diào)查表、工作倦怠調(diào)查表、心理健康評(píng)定量表、中文版知覺(jué)壓力量表評(píng)定,分析醫(yī)院放射人員知覺(jué)壓力的相關(guān)因素。結(jié)果觀察組工作倦怠評(píng)分、心理健康評(píng)分、知覺(jué)壓力評(píng)分高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。隨著年齡增加(20~、30~、40~、50~),知覺(jué)壓力評(píng)分增加(P0.05)。未婚人員知覺(jué)壓力評(píng)分已婚人員知覺(jué)壓力評(píng)分離婚或喪偶人員知覺(jué)壓力評(píng)分(P0.05)。直接接觸人員知覺(jué)壓力評(píng)分高于間接接觸人員(P0.05)。隨著工作年限增加(1~、10~、20~),知覺(jué)壓力評(píng)分增加(P0.05)。初級(jí)人員知覺(jué)壓力評(píng)分中級(jí)人員知覺(jué)壓力評(píng)分副高人員知覺(jué)壓力評(píng)分正高人員知覺(jué)壓力評(píng)分(P0.05)。結(jié)論醫(yī)院放射人員知覺(jué)壓力較高。年齡、婚姻狀況、接觸放射方式、工作年限、職稱均是醫(yī)院放射人員知覺(jué)壓力的影響因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the perceptual stress of radiologists in hospital and analyze the related factors. Methods 216 radiologists from affiliated hospitals of North China University of Science and Technology, Tangshan Workers' Hospital and Tangshan people's Hospital were selected as observation group and 216 non-radiation personnel as control group. General situation questionnaire and job burnout questionnaire were used. Mental health assessment scale, Chinese version of perceptual stress scale evaluation, analysis of hospital radiation personnel perception of the relevant factors of stress. Results the scores of job burnout, mental health and perceived stress in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P0.05). With the increase of age (20%), the sensory stress score increased (P 0.05). Score of perceived stress of married persons perceived stress score of divorced or widowed persons (P0.05). The perceptual stress score of direct contact workers was higher than that of indirect contact workers (P0.05). With the increase of working life (1 / 10), the perceived stress score increased (P0.05). Junior staff perceived stress score Intermediate perceived stress score Subtropical High perceived pressure score positive high perceived pressure score (P0.05). Conclusion the perceptual pressure of radiologists in hospital is high. Age, marital status, exposure to radiation, working years and professional title were all influential factors of perceived stress of radiologists in hospital.
