【摘要】：目的對山東省60歲及以上的城市老年人健康體檢情況進行調(diào)查,了解山東省60歲及以上老年人健康體檢服務利用情況,通過單因素和多因素檢驗,探討影響其進行健康體檢的因素,并針對性提出相關(guān)政策建議。方法本文通過文獻回顧,對國內(nèi)外健康體檢的發(fā)展及國內(nèi)健康體檢的運行現(xiàn)狀進行梳理,分析現(xiàn)場問卷調(diào)查收集老年群體衛(wèi)生服務利用數(shù)據(jù),通過描述法、單因素卡方檢驗和多因素Logistic回歸檢驗了解不同人口學特征和健康行為的老年群體進行健康體檢的現(xiàn)狀及影響因素。結(jié)果2011年,山東省受訪1769名老年人進行健康體檢的共計1348人,占比76.20%。共有8個因素通過單因素卡方檢驗,分別是個體情況因素的性別、受教育水平、職業(yè)情況、是否有慢性病、離最近醫(yī)療機構(gòu)的距離和醫(yī)療保險參保情況,健康行為因素的鍛煉身體頻率和是否看電視。共有6個因素通過Logistic回歸檢驗,學歷為小學和高中及以上、職業(yè)為公務人員和個體或工人、每周3次及以上鍛煉、看電視、有慢性病和有城鎮(zhèn)職工醫(yī)療保險的老年群體進行健康體檢的可能性高。結(jié)論基于現(xiàn)行的健康體檢政策,適當擴大健康體檢年齡范圍,加大免費體檢服務宣傳力度,提高老年群體健康素養(yǎng),健康體檢服務機構(gòu)主動提供便捷服務,采取購買服務拓寬健康體檢服務渠道及健康體檢服務內(nèi)容,促進60歲及以上老年群體進行定期健康體檢,促使老年群體了解身體健康狀況、了解健康知識,提高老年群體生活質(zhì)量、養(yǎng)成良好生活習慣,推進健康老齡化。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the health examination of the urban elderly aged 60 and above in Shandong Province, and to understand the utilization of the health examination service for the elderly aged 60 and above in Shandong Province, and to test it by single factor and multi-factor test. To explore the factors affecting their health examination, and put forward relevant policy recommendations. Methods based on literature review, the development of health examination at home and abroad and the current situation of health examination in China were reviewed, and the data of health service utilization of elderly population were collected by field questionnaire survey, and the data were analyzed by descriptive method. Univariate chi-square test and multivariate Logistic regression test were used to investigate the status and influencing factors of physical examination in elderly population with different demographic characteristics and healthy behaviors. Results in 2011, 1348 people (76.20%) underwent physical examination of 1769 elderly people in Shandong Province. A total of 8 factors passed the single factor chi-square test. They were the sex of individual factors, the level of education, the occupation, the existence of chronic diseases, the distance from the nearest medical institution and the health insurance coverage. Exercise frequency of healthy behavioral factors and whether to watch TV. A total of 6 factors were tested by Logistic regression test, with primary and high school qualifications and jobs as civil servants and individuals or workers, exercise three or more times a week and watching television. There is a high possibility of health check-up for the elderly with chronic diseases and medical insurance for urban workers. Conclusion based on the current health examination policy, the age range of health examination should be expanded appropriately, the publicity of free medical examination should be increased, and the health literacy of the elderly should be improved. The purchase service should be adopted to broaden the channels and contents of health examination service, to promote the regular physical examination of the aged group aged 60 and above, and to promote the elderly group to understand their health status and knowledge. Improve the quality of life of the elderly, develop good living habits, and promote healthy aging.
