【摘要】：目的了解我國植物性食物中毒事件的發(fā)生規(guī)律及流行病學(xué)特征,為植物性食物中毒的預(yù)警及預(yù)防控制提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法對(duì)2004—2013年突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件報(bào)告管理信息系統(tǒng)中報(bào)告的全國植物性食物中毒事件的流行病學(xué)特征進(jìn)行描述性分析。結(jié)果 2004—2013年全國共報(bào)告植物性食物中毒事件660起,累計(jì)報(bào)告中毒17 955人,死亡196人。第四季度是植物性食物中毒事件的高發(fā)季節(jié)。云南、廣西、四川、廣東、貴州是植物性食物中毒的高發(fā)省(自治區(qū));菜豆中毒事件占事件總數(shù)的53.3%(352/660),烏頭、油桐、蓖麻子、發(fā)芽馬鈴薯和鉤吻引起的中毒事件占事件總起數(shù)的24.5%(162/660)。集體食堂是植物性食物中毒事件的主要發(fā)生場(chǎng)所,加工處理方式不當(dāng)和誤認(rèn)誤食是引發(fā)中毒的主要原因。結(jié)論做好集體食堂加工、儲(chǔ)存、銷售等環(huán)節(jié)的管理和監(jiān)督工作,嚴(yán)格規(guī)范食品標(biāo)簽和食品宣傳,及時(shí)預(yù)警、監(jiān)測(cè)、報(bào)告和處置食物中毒事件,開展公眾的健康教育工作,是預(yù)防控制植物性食物中毒事件的主要措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the occurrence and epidemiological characteristics of plant food poisoning in China, and to provide scientific basis for early warning and prevention and control of plant food poisoning. Methods Epidemiological characteristics of plant food poisoning reported in the management information system of public health emergency report from 2004 to 2013 were analyzed. Results A total of 660 cases of plant food poisoning were reported in China from 2004 to 2013, with a total of 17 955 persons reported poisoning and 196 deaths. The fourth quarter is a high incidence of plant food poisoning. Yunnan, Guangxi, Sichuan, Guangdong, Guizhou are high incidence of plant food poisoning provinces (autonomous regions); Poisoning caused by aconitum, paulownia, castor seed, germinated potato and Gelsemium was 24.5% (162 / 660). The canteen is the main place of plant food poisoning. Improper processing and mistaken eating are the main causes of poisoning. Conclusion the management and supervision of the processing, storage and sale of collective canteens should be done, food labelling and food propaganda should be strictly standardized, timely warning, monitoring, reporting and handling of food poisoning incidents should be carried out, and public health education should be carried out. It is the main measure to prevent and control plant food poisoning.
