【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)水平的提高和人們生活質(zhì)量的改善,人群中慢性病的發(fā)病率逐年升高。因此,探究慢性病發(fā)生的機(jī)制并采取有效的預(yù)防措施顯得尤為重要。自從1986年Barker教授首次提出了"胎源假說(shuō)"后,人們發(fā)現(xiàn)胎兒在母體內(nèi)獲得的早期營(yíng)養(yǎng)與后續(xù)健康之間有著密切的關(guān)系。本文將對(duì)生命早期營(yíng)養(yǎng)影響后續(xù)健康的機(jī)制及研究進(jìn)展做一綜述。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of social and economic level and the improvement of people's quality of life, the incidence of chronic diseases is increasing year by year. Therefore, it is very important to explore the mechanism of chronic diseases and take effective preventive measures. Since Professor Barker first put forward the "fetal origin hypothesis" in 1986, it has been found that there is a close relationship between the early nutrition obtained by the fetus in the mother and the subsequent health. In this paper, the mechanism and research progress of early life nutrition affecting subsequent health are reviewed.
