基于近紅外免疫層析技術(shù)的食源性副溶血弧菌快速檢測(cè)方法研究
[Abstract]:A method for rapid detection of Vibrio parahaemolyticus by near infrared fluorescence immunochromatography was established. The polyclonal antibody of Vibrio parahaemolyticus and the polyclonal antibody of sheep anti-mouse IgG were sprayed on the membrane of nitric acid fiber as the detection line and the quality control line, respectively, using near-infrared fluorescence labeling monoclonal antibody against Vibrio parahaemolyticus. A near-infrared immunochromatographic strip for the detection of Vibrio parahaemolyticus was developed. The results showed that the established near infrared immunoassay had good specificity and high sensitivity for the detection of Vibrio parahaemolyticus. The lowest detection limit was 1.2 脳 10 ~ 2 CFU/mL, with Salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli. Listeria monocytogenes had no cross reaction. Compared with the traditional detection method, the established near infrared fluorescence method has the shortest detection time and the detection limit is close to that of RT-PCR method. Near-infrared fluorescence method can be used to detect Vibrio parahaemolyticus in food in 45 min. It can provide reliable technical support for food safety supervision.
