固相萃取凈化-高效液相色譜法測定食品中α-細辛醚和β-細辛醚殘留量

【摘要】:建立用于測定乳粉、綠豆糕、豬肉、熏魚肉、調(diào)味粉中白菖蒲油主要成分α-細辛醚和β-細辛醚含量的固相萃取-高效液相色譜分析方法。選擇乙腈提取樣品中的細辛醚,提取液經(jīng)硅膠固相萃取小柱凈化,采用配備熒光檢測器的高效液相色譜儀進行分離測定,外標法定量。乳粉、綠豆糕、豬肉、熏魚肉、調(diào)味粉中α-細辛醚和β-細辛醚的方法定量限均為0.01 mg/kg,在0.01~0.50 mg/kg的添加水平范圍內(nèi),α-細辛醚的平均回收率在78.2%~99.4%之間,β-細辛醚的平均回收率在80.8%~105.6%之間,相對標準偏差為1.6%~10.3%。該方法能夠滿足食品中細辛醚的痕量檢測要求。
[Abstract]:A solid phase extraction-HPLC method was developed for the determination of 偽 -asarone and 尾 -asarone in milk powder, mung bean cake, pork, smoked fish meat and seasoning powder. Acetonitrile was selected to extract asarone from the sample. The extract was purified by silica gel solid-phase extraction column and separated and determined by high performance liquid chromatography equipped with fluorescence detector. The quantitative limits of 偽 -asarone and 尾 -asarone in milk powder, mung bean cake, pork, smoked fish and seasoning powder were 0.01 mg/kg, and 0.01 mg/kg respectively. The average recovery of 偽 -asarone was between 78.2% and 99.4%, and the average recovery of 尾 -asarone was between 80.8% and 105.6%. The relative standard deviation was 1.6 / 10.3. The method can meet the requirements of trace determination of asarone in food.
