【摘要】：目的監(jiān)測煙臺口岸淡色庫蚊攜帶黃病毒情況。方法在煙臺口岸采集淡色庫蚊,用RT-PCR方法檢測庫蚊黃病毒,采用MEGA 5.0軟件進行遺傳距離計算和系統(tǒng)發(fā)育分析,確定該病毒的基因型。結果從煙臺口岸90組淡色庫蚊中的1組,擴增到庫蚊黃病毒核酸,序列分析證實為庫蚊黃病毒。系統(tǒng)發(fā)育分析顯示與分離自山東東明的病毒株(JQ518484.1)遺傳關系最近,相似度達98%。該病毒分型為基因I型。結論煙臺口岸淡色庫蚊中檢測到庫蚊黃病毒,應加強蚊蟲攜帶病原體的監(jiān)測。
[Abstract]:Objective to monitor the yellow virus carried by Culex pipiens pallens at Yantai Port. Methods Culex pipiens pallens was collected at Yantai port. The yellow virus of Culex pipiens pallens was detected by RT-PCR method. Genetic distance calculation and phylogenetic analysis were carried out with MEGA 5.0 software to determine the genotype of the virus. Results the nucleic acid of Culex pipiens pallens was amplified from one of 90 groups of Culex pipiens pallens at Yantai Port. The nucleic acid of Culex pipiens was confirmed as Culex pipiens yellow virus by sequence analysis. Phylogenetic analysis showed that the genetic relationship between the virus strain (JQ518484.1) isolated from Dongming, Shandong Province, was the closest, and the similarity was 98%. The virus was classified as genotype I. Conclusion the yellow virus of Culex pipiens pallens was detected in Yantai Port.
