某海上石油鉆井平臺(tái)項(xiàng)目職業(yè)病危害控制效果評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:目的分析某海上石油鉆井平臺(tái)新建項(xiàng)目(簡(jiǎn)稱"新建項(xiàng)目")試運(yùn)行期間存在的職業(yè)病危害因素,評(píng)價(jià)其控制效果。方法采用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)職業(yè)衛(wèi)生調(diào)查、職業(yè)衛(wèi)生檢測(cè)和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分類等方法,結(jié)合職業(yè)健康檢查,對(duì)新建項(xiàng)目工作場(chǎng)所的職業(yè)病危害因素進(jìn)行識(shí)別和分析,提出關(guān)鍵控制措施,評(píng)價(jià)控制效果。結(jié)果該建設(shè)項(xiàng)目存在的職業(yè)病危害因素為化學(xué)毒物、粉塵、噪聲、高溫、工頻電場(chǎng)、電磁輻射、紫外輻射和手傳振動(dòng),屬于職業(yè)病危害風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較重的建設(shè)項(xiàng)目。工作場(chǎng)所噪聲強(qiáng)度超標(biāo)率為42.8%,12個(gè)工種的個(gè)體噪聲檢測(cè)結(jié)果均超過職業(yè)接觸限值;甲板工、機(jī)械工和生產(chǎn)操作工時(shí)間加權(quán)平均濕球黑球溫度為30.3~32.6℃,均超過職業(yè)接觸限值;維修工打磨作業(yè)時(shí),4 h等能量頻率計(jì)權(quán)振動(dòng)加速度最大值為10.4 m/s2,超過職業(yè)接觸限值;瘜W(xué)毒物、電焊煙塵、砂輪磨塵、紫外輻射(罩內(nèi))、高頻輻射、超高頻輻射、微波和工頻電場(chǎng)檢測(cè)結(jié)果均合格。職業(yè)健康檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)1名動(dòng)力工屬噪聲作業(yè)職業(yè)禁忌證,已調(diào)離原工作崗位。綜合分析,將噪聲、高溫、苯和手傳振動(dòng)列為該項(xiàng)目重點(diǎn)控制的職業(yè)病危害因素。結(jié)論該海上石油鉆井平臺(tái)項(xiàng)目屬于職業(yè)病危害風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較重的建設(shè)項(xiàng)目,職業(yè)病危害控制效果基本符合職業(yè)衛(wèi)生要求。
