【摘要】：[目的]探討職業(yè)緊張和社會支持對吸煙、飲酒和缺乏鍛煉三種健康相關行為的影響。[方法]以橫斷面研究方法對1 473名油田作業(yè)人員進行問卷調查。采用職業(yè)緊張量表修訂版、社會支持評定量表和行為危險因素調查問卷分別測試油田作業(yè)人員的職業(yè)緊張、社會支持和健康相關行為。利用兩分類logistic回歸分析職業(yè)緊張、社會支持對健康相關行為的影響。[結果]回收有效問卷1 425份,有效回收率為96.7%。調查對象年齡為(37.69±7.68)歲;男性占48.6%,女性占51.4%;漢族占77.0%,少數(shù)民族(維、哈、回族等)占23.0%。吸煙、飲酒、規(guī)律鍛煉的比例分別為37.3%、48.3%、45.8%。心理緊張反應為飲酒行為的危險因素(OR=1.806,95%CI:1.159~2.816)。主觀支持是油田作業(yè)人員吸煙(OR=0.275,95%CI:0.215~0.352)、飲酒(OR=0.627,95%CI:0.475~0.827)和缺乏鍛煉(OR=0.701,95%CI:0.499~0.986)的保護因素。[結論]職業(yè)緊張因素與油田作業(yè)人群的飲酒行為相關,社會支持因素與該人群形成良好的健康相關行為有關。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effects of occupational stress and social support on smoking, drinking and lack of exercise. [methods] A cross-sectional study was conducted among 1 473 oilfield operators. Occupational stress, social support and health-related behaviors were measured by the revised Occupational stress scale, the Social support rating scale and the Behavioral risk factors questionnaire. The effects of occupational stress and social support on health-related behaviors were analyzed by two logistic regression analysis. [results] A total of 1 425 valid questionnaires were collected and the effective recovery rate was 96. 7%. The subjects were (37.69 鹵7.68) years old, male 48.6, female 51.4, Han 77.0, minority (Wei, ha, Hui, etc.) 23.0. The proportion of smoking, drinking and regular exercise were 37.3%, 48.3% and 45.8% respectively. Stress response was a risk factor for drinking behavior (OR=1.806,95%CI:1.159~2.816). Subjective support was the protective factor of smoking (OR=0.275,95%CI:0.215~0.352), drinking alcohol (OR=0.627,95%CI:0.475~0.827) and lack of exercise (OR=0.701,95%CI:0.499~0.986). [conclusion] Occupational stress factors are related to drinking behavior in oilfield workers, and social support factors are related to good health-related behaviors.
