【摘要】：目的研究老年人健康狀況對(duì)幸福感的關(guān)系。方法采用分層多階段隨機(jī)抽樣方法,在江蘇、河南、陜西三省6個(gè)縣區(qū)284個(gè)有60歲以上老人的家庭戶,通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查方式收集資料,分析老人家庭和健康狀況對(duì)自報(bào)幸福感的影響。結(jié)果 75.49%的調(diào)查老人自報(bào)很幸福/比較幸福,總體幸福感較強(qiáng)。三省老年人幸福感有差異,但性別、年齡、文化程度、職業(yè)對(duì)老人的幸福感沒有影響。家庭關(guān)系和家庭健康交流是老人幸福感的主要家庭因素,家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)、地理位置對(duì)老人幸福感沒有影響。老人行動(dòng)能力、自我照顧能力、日�；顒�(dòng)能力、身體疼痛、焦慮或抑郁狀態(tài)等健康狀況均對(duì)老人幸福感有影響。結(jié)論自身健康狀況、家庭關(guān)系、健康交流是老人幸福感的主要影響因素,建議采取綜合干預(yù)措施改善老年人健康狀態(tài),促進(jìn)家庭關(guān)系和諧,提升老年人主觀幸福感受。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the relationship between health status and well-being of the elderly. Methods A stratified and multi-stage random sampling method was used to collect data from 284 families with aged over 60 in 6 counties and districts of Jiangsu, Henan and Shaanxi provinces. The effects of family and health status on self-reported well-being were analyzed. Results 75.49% of the old people reported that they were happy or relatively happy, and the overall happiness was stronger. There were differences in the well-being of the elderly in the three provinces, but gender, age, education and occupation had no effect on the well-being of the elderly. Family relationship and family health communication are the main family factors of the well-being of the elderly. Family economy and geographical location have no effect on the well-being of the elderly. The ability of movement, self-care, daily activity, physical pain, anxiety or depression all affect the well-being of the elderly. Conclusion Self-health, family relationship and healthy communication are the main influencing factors of the well-being of the elderly. It is suggested that comprehensive intervention measures should be taken to improve the health status of the elderly, to promote the harmony of family relations, and to enhance the subjective happiness feeling of the elderly.
