江蘇省生活飲用水中賈第鞭毛蟲和隱孢子蟲污染情況調查

【摘要】:目的了解江蘇省生活飲用水中賈第鞭毛蟲和隱孢子蟲的污染狀況,為飲用水水質衛(wèi)生、安全供水提供科學依據(jù)。方法選取江蘇省13個設區(qū)市的28家水廠,分別采集水源水、自來水廠出廠水、管網(wǎng)末梢水樣本(其中水源水采集10 L,出廠水和末梢水各100 L),并進行抽濾、淘洗、離心濃縮、免疫磁分離、熒光染色鏡檢的處理,檢測賈第鞭毛蟲包囊及隱孢子蟲卵囊的含量。結果累計采集江蘇省13個設區(qū)市的水樣84份,包括水源水、水廠出廠水、管網(wǎng)末梢水各28份。其中,水廠出廠水和管網(wǎng)末梢水中均未檢出賈第鞭毛蟲包囊和隱孢子蟲卵囊,但在鹽城(鹽龍湖)、連云港(薔薇河)、常州(錢資湖)水源水中檢出賈第鞭毛蟲包囊,陽性率為10.71%(3/28),密度均為1個/10 L;在南京(長江)、鎮(zhèn)江(長江)、揚州(京杭大運河)的水源水中檢出隱孢子蟲卵囊,陽性率為10.71%(3/28),密度均為1個/10 L。結論江蘇省部分地區(qū)水源水中可檢出賈地鞭毛蟲和隱孢子蟲,存在一定的安全用水隱患,須進一步加強水源衛(wèi)生監(jiān)管,加強飲用水的監(jiān)測,保證居民的飲水安全。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the contamination of Giardia lamblia and Cryptosporidium in drinking water in Jiangsu Province, and to provide scientific basis for drinking water quality hygiene and safe water supply. Methods the water samples were collected from 28 water plants in 13 districts of Jiangsu province. The samples were collected from the source water, the water from the factory and the water from the end of the pipe network (among them, the source water was collected for 10 L, and the water from the factory and the peripheral water were collected for 100 L), each, and then filtered, washed, centrifuged and concentrated). The contents of Giardia lamblia cyst and Cryptosporidium oocyst were detected by immunomagnetic separation and fluorescence staining. Results A total of 84 water samples were collected from 13 cities in Jiangsu Province, including water source water, water factory water, pipe network terminal water 28 samples each. Among them, neither Giardia flagellate cyst nor Cryptosporidium oocysts were detected in the water of the factory and the water of the pipe network, but in the source water of Yancheng (Yilong Lake), Lianyungang (Yanwei River), Changzhou (Qianzihu), the Giardia flagellate cyst was detected. The positive rates of Cryptosporidium oocysts were 10.71% (3 / 28) and 10.71% (3 / 28) and 1 / 10 L respectively in the source water of Nanjing (Yangtze River), Zhenjiang (Yangtze River) and Yangzhou (Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal). Conclusion flagellate and Cryptosporidium can be detected in some parts of Jiangsu Province, and there are some hidden dangers in water safety. It is necessary to strengthen water sanitation supervision and drinking water monitoring to ensure the safety of drinking water for residents.
