【摘要】：目的運(yùn)用中國(guó)營(yíng)養(yǎng)健康調(diào)查(CHNS)關(guān)于生育的連續(xù)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),探討中國(guó)九省區(qū)婦女生育水平變動(dòng)及影響因素。方法以調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ)構(gòu)建生育史資料,按照出生年代隊(duì)列、居住地城鄉(xiāng)、所在區(qū)域東中西部等分類描述不同特征人群生育水平,并對(duì)曾生孩子數(shù)進(jìn)行多元回歸分析。結(jié)果有生育史的5877名對(duì)象,平均曾生育孩子數(shù)量為1.78±1.0個(gè)。按五年間隔的出生隊(duì)列,曾生孩子數(shù)分別比相鄰前一隊(duì)列下降0.56、0.38、0.24、0.19、0.19和0.25;居住在縣城、郊區(qū)、農(nóng)村的女性分別比城市的多生0.40、0.58和0.94個(gè)孩子;中部、西部分別比東部女性多生0.45和0.59個(gè)孩子。結(jié)論中國(guó)不同地區(qū)計(jì)劃生育政策及其執(zhí)行情況存在差異,建議充分考慮區(qū)域存在的顯著差異,統(tǒng)籌考慮調(diào)整生育政策。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the change of fertility level of women in nine provinces of China and its influencing factors by using the continuous survey data of (CHNS) on fertility in nine provinces and regions of China. Methods based on the survey data, the birth history data were constructed, and the fertility level of different characteristic population was described according to the birth age cohort, the place of residence, the urban and rural areas and the central and western regions, and the number of children born before was analyzed by multivariate regression analysis. Results the average number of children who had given birth was 1.78 鹵1.0 in 5877 subjects with a history of childbearing. According to the birth cohort five years apart, the number of children born was 0.56 / 0.38 / 0.240.190.19 and 0.25 respectively lower than that of the previous adjacent queue; 0.400.58 and 0.94 more children were born to women living in counties and suburbs than in urban areas, respectively; and in the middle, Women in the west had 0.45 and 0.59 more children than women in the east. Conclusion there are differences in family planning policy and its implementation in different regions of China. It is suggested that the significant regional differences should be taken into account and the fertility policy should be adjusted as a whole.
