【摘要】：目的：通過(guò)臨床流行性調(diào)查研究，觀察瘀血體質(zhì)是否容易出現(xiàn)宮內(nèi)節(jié)育器出血副反應(yīng)，探討宮內(nèi)節(jié)育器出血副反應(yīng)與瘀血體質(zhì)、性格、季節(jié)等要素的相關(guān)性，從而應(yīng)用中醫(yī)未病先防的原則，改善瘀血體質(zhì)，，選擇帶環(huán)的適宜季節(jié)，對(duì)易感人群進(jìn)行早預(yù)防、早診斷、早治療，以降低其發(fā)病率。 方法：按照病例對(duì)照的流行病學(xué)調(diào)研方法設(shè)計(jì)統(tǒng)一的調(diào)研表，采用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)問(wèn)卷的方法進(jìn)行調(diào)查，對(duì)120例宮內(nèi)節(jié)育器出血副反應(yīng)患者的一般情況、體質(zhì)歸類(lèi)、發(fā)病的季節(jié)、年齡，以及120例帶環(huán)后無(wú)不適反應(yīng)的健康婦女的一般情況、體質(zhì)特征資料進(jìn)行調(diào)查。 結(jié)果：通過(guò)對(duì)IUD出血副反應(yīng)患者和健康婦女進(jìn)行臨床流調(diào)學(xué)研究發(fā)現(xiàn)：1.宮內(nèi)節(jié)育器出血副反應(yīng)患者的體質(zhì)以瘀血質(zhì)為主,健康婦女的體質(zhì)以平和質(zhì)為主。2.宮內(nèi)節(jié)育器出血副反應(yīng)患者的性格多好靜，內(nèi)向；健康婦女的性格多好動(dòng)，外向。3.宮內(nèi)節(jié)育器出血副反應(yīng)患者中懷孕3次及3次以上者占多數(shù)，健康婦女中懷孕2次及以下者占多數(shù)。4.宮內(nèi)節(jié)育器出血副反應(yīng)的發(fā)病率有明顯的季節(jié)性，發(fā)病時(shí)間主要集中在夏秋季節(jié)。5.宮內(nèi)節(jié)育器出血副反應(yīng)患者中高中及以上文憑者占多數(shù)，健康婦女中高中以下學(xué)歷者占多數(shù)。6.IUD出血副反應(yīng)的患者的高發(fā)病年齡階段是26-35歲。7.宮內(nèi)節(jié)育器出血副反應(yīng)比較集中的發(fā)生在帶環(huán)后6個(gè)月內(nèi)。 結(jié)論：1.充分總結(jié)了宮內(nèi)節(jié)育器出血副反應(yīng)發(fā)病的六個(gè)特點(diǎn)，豐富發(fā)展了臨床防治宮內(nèi)節(jié)育器出血副反應(yīng)的理論依據(jù)。2.對(duì)瘀血體質(zhì)進(jìn)行早期干預(yù)，做好避孕工作，減少流產(chǎn)次數(shù)，是預(yù)防宮內(nèi)節(jié)育器出血副反應(yīng)的有效方法。3.當(dāng)前開(kāi)展宮內(nèi)節(jié)育器出血副反應(yīng)的流行性調(diào)工作是很有實(shí)際意義的。4.由于本次調(diào)查的人群主要是萊蕪市鋼城區(qū)黃莊鎮(zhèn)的育齡婦女，所以以下調(diào)查結(jié)論也主要顯示本區(qū)域的情況。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe whether the side effects of intrauterine IUD bleeding are easy to occur through clinical epidemic investigation, and to explore the correlation between the side effects of IUD bleeding and blood stasis constitution, personality, season and so on. In order to reduce the incidence of the disease, the principle of prevention before disease is applied, the blood stasis constitution is improved, the appropriate season with ring is selected, and early prevention, early diagnosis and early treatment are carried out to the susceptible population. Methods: according to the epidemiological investigation method of case control, a unified investigation table was designed, and a questionnaire was used to investigate 120 patients with side effects of intrauterine device hemorrhage, including general condition, constitution classification, onset season and age. And 120 healthy women with no discomfort after the ring were investigated. Results: the clinical flowchart study of patients with adverse effects of IUD hemorrhage and healthy women found that: 1. 1. Ecchymosis was the main physical condition of the patients with bleeding side effects of IUD, and the physique of healthy women was mainly calmness. 2. Intrauterine device bleeding side effects of the patient's personality is more quiet, introverted; healthy women's personality more active, extroverted. 3. The majority of patients with intrauterine IUD bleeding side effects were pregnant for 3 times or more, and those with 2 pregnancies and less than 2 pregnancies accounted for the majority of healthy women. The incidence of side effects of intrauterine device bleeding is seasonal, and the incidence time is mainly in the summer and autumn season. 5. The majority of the patients with IUD bleeding side effects were high school diploma or above, and the majority of healthy women with IUD bleeding side effects were 26 to 35 years old. The side effects of intrauterine IUD bleeding were concentrated within 6 months after the ring. Conclusion 1. The six characteristics of the side effects of intrauterine device bleeding were summarized, and the theoretical basis of clinical prevention and treatment of intrauterine device bleeding side effects was developed. 2. It is an effective method to prevent the side effects of intrauterine device bleeding by early intervention of blood stasis constitution, good contraception and reducing the number of miscarriages. At present, it is of practical significance to carry out the epidemic regulation of the side effects of intrauterine device bleeding. Since the survey is mainly for women of childbearing age in Huangzhuang Town, Gangcheng District, Laiwu City, the following findings also show the situation in the region.
