[Abstract]:New research suggests that OMEGA-3 can effectively reduce and prevent inflammation and oxidative pressure caused by air pollution by 30 to 50. However, the Food and Drug Administration's Food Safety and Nutrition Center's 2014 Health and Diet report showed that 87% of adults knew about Omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids, and 62% said they knew about Omega-3.
