【摘要】：目的對山東省老年人群進行健康現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查,并在此基礎上發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,進而提出治理策略,盡可能延長老年人生活自理期、延緩老年人發(fā)生失能的時間和延長健康預期壽命。方法采用多階段隨機分層抽樣方法,按照地域位置和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平從山東省隨機選擇3個地級市的2 157名老年人作為調(diào)查對象,采用定性和定量相結合的方法,調(diào)查老年人包括基本情況、健康行為等在內(nèi)的相關情況。結果 2 157名老年人中患慢性病1 460例(67.7%),慢性病患病順位居前5位的依次為高血壓39.6%,糖尿病16.2%,關節(jié)炎16.1%,冠心病12.5%,其他心臟類疾病4.5%。其中患1種慢性病占61.82%,患2種占28.42%,患3種及以上占9.76%。結論重視老年人健康教育,做好心理保健;加強對老年健康危險因素的干預;加強慢性病患者的健康管理,改善慢性病患者的生命質(zhì)量;加強失能老年人照護制度的建立,完善基本養(yǎng)老服務體系;適應老年人日益增長的衛(wèi)生服務需要,增強就醫(yī)可及性。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the current health status of the elderly in Shandong Province, and find out the problems on the basis of this, and then put forward the management strategies to prolong the self-care period of the elderly as much as possible, delay the time of disability and prolong the life expectancy of the elderly. Methods A total of 2,157 elderly people from 3 prefecture-level cities in Shandong Province were randomly selected by multi-stage random stratified sampling according to their geographical location and economic development level, and the qualitative and quantitative methods were used. Investigate the related condition of the elderly, including basic condition, healthy behavior, etc. Results among the 2 157 elderly patients, 1 460 cases (67.7%) suffered from chronic diseases, the top 5 were hypertension 39.6, diabetes 16.2g, arthritis 16.1, coronary heart disease 12.5 and other heart diseases 4.5. Among them, one chronic disease accounted for 61.82%, two for 28.42 and three or more for 9.76. Conclusion attention should be paid to the health education of the elderly, mental health care should be done, the intervention on the health risk factors of the elderly should be strengthened, the health management of the patients with chronic diseases should be strengthened, the quality of life of the patients with chronic diseases should be improved, and the establishment of care system for the disabled elderly should be strengthened. To improve the basic old-age service system, to meet the growing needs of health services for the elderly, and to enhance access to health care.
