【摘要】：目的查明江西省某小學(xué)一起聚集性嘔吐事件原因。方法病例定義:2013年9月13日至18日,在某小學(xué)學(xué)生中,出現(xiàn)嘔吐、頭痛、頭暈、惡心、腹痛癥狀之一者。病例搜索采用各班級(jí)班主任分別詢(xún)問(wèn)的方式開(kāi)展。原因探查采用回顧性隊(duì)列研究,選擇發(fā)病班級(jí)集中的三年級(jí)一班的所有學(xué)生為研究對(duì)象,回顧調(diào)查學(xué)生鐵樹(shù)果進(jìn)食史及劑量。結(jié)果共搜索到病例18例,全部為學(xué)生,病例分布在2個(gè)班級(jí),發(fā)病班級(jí)罹患率為19%(18/97),病例集中在4 h內(nèi)發(fā)病,臨床癥狀主要為嘔吐(78%)、頭暈(67%)、惡心(50%)、腹痛(44%)。61%(11/18)的病例乳酸脫氫酶升高,檢測(cè)值中位數(shù)為286 U/L(范圍:263~369 U/L);22%(4/18)的病例出現(xiàn)凝血4項(xiàng)異常;17%(3/18)的病例出現(xiàn)白細(xì)胞升高,檢測(cè)值中位數(shù)為12×109/L,范圍:(11~13)×109/L。食用鐵樹(shù)果是發(fā)病的主要危險(xiǎn)因素(RR=+∞,Fisher確切概率P=0.00008)。結(jié)論本次聚集性嘔吐事件為食用鐵樹(shù)果導(dǎo)致的中毒事件。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the causes of agglomeration vomiting in a primary school in Jiangxi province. Methods case definition: from September 13 to 18, 2013, one of the symptoms of vomiting, headache, dizziness, nausea and abdominal pain appeared in a primary school student.
