【摘要】：目的了解南通市區(qū)初中生生活方式現(xiàn)狀,為提供健康生活方式指導(dǎo)提供依據(jù)。方法采用分層整群隨機(jī)抽樣的方法,選取南通市區(qū)5所初中初一到初三年級共1 019名學(xué)生進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場問卷調(diào)查,并對不同性別和年級之間進(jìn)行χ2檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果學(xué)生每周從不參加體育鍛煉的報(bào)告率為15.80%;每天看電視/錄像時(shí)間超過4 h的為7.46%;每天課外作業(yè)時(shí)間超過4 h的為16.23%;每天玩電子游戲的時(shí)間超過4 h的為6.08%;每天上網(wǎng)時(shí)間超過4 h的為6.48%。結(jié)論南通市區(qū)初中生生活方式整體較為健康,但也存在一些問題。社會、學(xué)校及家庭應(yīng)進(jìn)行合力引導(dǎo)和教育,以促使初中生形成良好生活方式。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the life style of junior high school students in Nantong city and provide guidance for healthy lifestyle. Methods using stratified cluster random sampling method, 1 019 junior high school students from 5 junior high schools in Nantong city were investigated by questionnaire, and 蠂 2 test was carried out among different genders and grades. Results the report rate of students never taking part in physical exercise per week was 15.80; the number of students watching TV / video more than 4 hours per day was 7.46. the number of homework hours more than 4 hours per day was 16.233.The time of playing video games more than 4 hours per day was 6.08; The number of days longer than 4 hours was 6.48. Conclusion the life style of middle school students in Nantong City is healthy, but there are some problems. Society, school and family should guide and educate junior middle school students to form a good life style.
