【摘要】：目的了解"全面兩孩"政策背景下重慶市育齡婦女二孩生育意愿及影響因素,為生育政策的實(shí)施及配套社會(huì)政策的完善提供參考。方法采用分層多階段抽樣方法,選取重慶市6個(gè)區(qū)縣的920名19~49歲重慶戶籍育齡婦女進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查;采用卡方檢驗(yàn)、多項(xiàng)Logistic回歸模型進(jìn)行二孩生育意愿影響因素分析。結(jié)果回收有效問(wèn)卷904份,其中有二孩生育意愿者327人(36.2%),無(wú)意愿者326人(36.1%),不確定者251人(27.8%)�；貧w分析結(jié)果顯示,戶籍(OR=2.007,P=0.005)、受教育程度(大專或本科OR=3.362,P=0.044;碩士及以上OR=6.101,P=0.005)、父母態(tài)度(支持OR=6.174,P=0.001;中立OR=1.960,P=0.046)是其選擇有意愿的影響因素;民族(OR=3.855,P=0.008)、年齡(40歲及以上OR=4.153,P=0.003)、家庭人口總數(shù)(1個(gè)OR=2.380,P=0.011)、生育狀況(OR=2.441,P=0.006)、父母態(tài)度(反對(duì)OR=5.836,P0.001)是其選擇無(wú)意愿的影響因素。結(jié)論 "全面兩孩"政策對(duì)重慶市育齡婦女二孩生育意愿影響有限。戶籍、民族、年齡、受教育程度、家庭人口總數(shù)、生育狀況、父母態(tài)度是影響育齡婦女二孩生育意愿的重要因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the fertility intention and influencing factors of the second child of women of childbearing age in Chongqing under the background of "comprehensive two-child" policy, and to provide a reference for the implementation of fertility policy and the improvement of supporting social policy. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 920 Chongqing women aged 19 to 49 years old in Chongqing by stratified multi-stage sampling, and the influencing factors of two-child fertility intention were analyzed by chi-square test and multiple Logistic regression models. Results 904 valid questionnaires were collected, of which 327 (36.2%) were two-child desire, 326 (36.1%) were unintentional, and 251 (27.8%) were uncertain. The results of regression analysis showed that household registration (ORO 2.007 / P0. 005), education level (college or undergraduate) (OR3. 362 P0. 044; Master's degree or above 6. 101 / P0. 005), parents' attitude (support OR1. 174 P0. 001; neutral OR1-1. 960P0. 046) were the influencing factors of their willingness to choose. Ethnic group (ORO 3.855 P0. 008), age (40 years old and above), total family population (1 OR2. 380 P0. 011), fertility status (OR2. 441 P0. 006) and parents' attitude (against OR5. 836 P0. 001) were the influential factors of their unwillingness to choose. Conclusion the policy of "full-scale two-child" has limited influence on the desire of second-child in Chongqing women of childbearing age. Household registration, nationality, age, education level, total family population, fertility status and attitude of parents are the important factors that influence the desire of second child of women of childbearing age.
