【摘要】：目的探討ATP生物熒光技術(shù)在口腔治療用水污染狀況現(xiàn)場(chǎng)快速檢測(cè)中的可行性。方法采集48家相同規(guī)模的醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)口腔科共720份治療用水,按照口腔科綜合治療臺(tái)供水水源類型不同分為4組,檢測(cè)水中細(xì)菌菌落總數(shù),同時(shí)用專用檢測(cè)棒檢測(cè)ATP熒光值。分析兩種方法的相關(guān)性,建立數(shù)學(xué)模型,得出現(xiàn)場(chǎng)快速檢測(cè)時(shí)ATP熒光法限值,并用該限值分析在其他醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)口腔科采集的治療用水水樣,驗(yàn)證試驗(yàn)的可行性。結(jié)果不同供水水源的口腔治療用水均存在污染。4組不同水源的水樣ATP熒光法檢測(cè)結(jié)果與實(shí)驗(yàn)室平皿計(jì)數(shù)法定量檢測(cè)結(jié)果均有較高的相關(guān)性(r=0.32,P0.01)。4組數(shù)據(jù)可擬合一般線性方程,y=0.869X-0.495(R~2=0.819,P=0.00)。參照生活飲用水中細(xì)菌總數(shù)應(yīng)100CFU/mL的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),現(xiàn)場(chǎng)快速檢測(cè)時(shí)的ATP熒光法限值(RLU)分別為787。用該限值分析2015年在其他醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)口腔科采集的120份水樣,試驗(yàn)?zāi)Ｐ涂傮w靈敏度83.87%,特異度87.64%,Kappa值0.673。結(jié)論 ATP熒光法不能完全替代傳統(tǒng)微生物檢測(cè)法,但可與實(shí)驗(yàn)室方法相互配合作為口腔治療用水污染狀況現(xiàn)場(chǎng)快速檢測(cè)和篩查的方法,提高監(jiān)督執(zhí)法效率。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the feasibility of ATP bioluminescence technique for rapid detection of water pollution in oral treatment. Methods A total of 720 water samples were collected from the stomatology department of 48 medical institutions of the same size. According to the types of water supply in the comprehensive treatment table of stomatology department, they were divided into 4 groups. The total bacterial colony in the water was detected, and the ATP fluorescence value was detected with the special detection rod. The correlation between the two methods was analyzed and a mathematical model was established. The limit value of ATP fluorescence method was obtained when rapid detection was carried out in the field, and the water samples collected in the stomatology department of other medical institutions were analyzed to verify the feasibility of the test. Results there was significant correlation between ATP fluorescence method and laboratory plate counting method (rn 0.32 P 0.01). 4 groups of water samples were polluted in different water supply sources. 4 groups of data could fit the general linear equation of 0.869X-0.495 (Rhizoma Rhizoma 0.819P0.00). According to the standard of 100 CFU / mL for total bacteria in drinking water, the limit value of ATP fluorescence method (RLU) for field rapid detection is 787, respectively. 120 water samples collected in the stomatology department of other medical institutions in 2015 were analyzed with this limit. The overall sensitivity of the model was 83.87 and the specificity was 87.64 and the Kappa value was 0.673. Conclusion ATP fluorescence method can not completely replace the traditional microbial detection method, but it can be used as a rapid detection and screening method for the contamination of oral water in the field and improve the efficiency of supervision and law enforcement.
