【摘要】：眼晶體劑量限值的降低,引起了人們對(duì)眼晶體劑量監(jiān)測(cè)、評(píng)價(jià)和防護(hù)的關(guān)注。通過(guò)近期國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究工作,本文從蒙卡計(jì)算、基于人體模型或臨床實(shí)踐的實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)量深入調(diào)查了鉛眼鏡的防護(hù)效果,強(qiáng)調(diào)了鉛眼鏡對(duì)介入手術(shù)中職業(yè)人員眼晶體防護(hù)的重要性�；阢U眼鏡防護(hù)效果的研究現(xiàn)狀,分析了防護(hù)效果的影響因素:通過(guò)鉛眼鏡和眼睛間隙的射線,是眼晶體劑量的主要來(lái)源;決定鉛眼鏡防護(hù)效果的并不是射線能量、鉛當(dāng)量厚度、鏡片面積等因素,而是眼鏡結(jié)構(gòu)、佩戴間隙、投照角度、位置布局、人員姿態(tài)等幾何條件。調(diào)研分析鉛眼鏡防護(hù)效果旨在為眼晶體防護(hù)研究和臨床實(shí)踐提供參考。
[Abstract]:The decrease of the dose limit of eye lens has attracted the attention of eye lens dose monitoring, evaluation and protection. Through recent research work at home and abroad, this paper investigates the protective effect of lead glasses on the basis of experimental measurements based on human model or clinical practice, and emphasizes the importance of lead glasses in eye lens protection of professional personnel during interventional surgery. Based on the present situation of the research on the protective effect of lead glasses, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the protective effect: through the lead glasses and the ray of the eye space, it is the main source of the dose of the eye lens, and it is not the ray energy that determines the protective effect of the lead glasses. Lead equivalent thickness, lens area and other factors, but glasses structure, wear gap, projection angle, position layout, personnel posture and other geometric conditions. The purpose of investigation and analysis of the protective effect of lead glasses is to provide reference for the research and clinical practice of ocular lens protection.
