【摘要】：目的 新生兒低血糖癥是新生兒期常見的代謝性疾病,少數(shù)患兒可出現(xiàn)神經系統(tǒng)后遺癥。文中探討新生兒低血糖癥患兒在學齡前期的神經心理行為發(fā)育情況。方法 采用中國學齡前兒童氣質量表和Conners父母用癥狀問卷對安徽省兒童醫(yī)院新生兒科自2009年3月至2013年5月期間35例確診為新生兒低血糖癥患兒(低血糖組)進行評估,同時收集納入對象的圍產期、臨床資料以及家庭環(huán)境信息;同時隨機抽取同期50例健康新生兒(對照組)進行對比研究。結果 低血糖組與對照組兒童均主要為“易養(yǎng)型氣質”和“中間偏易養(yǎng)型氣質”;低血糖組兒童的氣質維度中趨避性與對照組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);低血糖組兒童行為問題總檢出率為24%,表現(xiàn)為學習問題和心身問題,與對照組兒童行為比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論 新生兒低血糖癥影響學齡前期兒童的行為發(fā)育,應根據(jù)其氣質和行為發(fā)育特點采取個體化的臨床治療和教育干預。
[Abstract]:Objective: neonatal hypoglycemia is a common metabolic disease in neonates, and a few children may have neurological sequelae. The neuropsychological behavior development of hypoglycemia neonates in pre-school age was studied. Methods 35 neonates with hypoglycemia (hypoglycemia group) were assessed by Chinese Preschool temperament scale and Conners' parents symptom questionnaire from March 2009 to May 2013 in the Neonatrics Department of Anhui Children's Hospital. Perinatal period, clinical data and family environmental information were collected, and 50 healthy neonates (control group) were randomly selected for a comparative study. Results the children in hypoglycemia group and control group were mainly "easy to nourish temperament" and "middle easy to nourish temperament". There was significant difference in the temperament dimension between hypoglycemia group and control group (P0.05); the total detection rate of behavior problems in hypoglycemic children was 24, showing learning problems and psychosomatic problems. There was significant difference in behavior between children and control group (P0.05). Conclusion Neonatal hypoglycemia affects the behavior development of preschool children, and individualized clinical treatment and educational intervention should be taken according to their temperament and behavioral development characteristics.
