【摘要】：失能過程研究可以為政策介入老人失能過程以減緩老人照料需求提供政策依據(jù)。本文基于2008年和2011年兩期中國(guó)老年人健康影響因素跟蹤調(diào)查(CLHLS)數(shù)據(jù),以Verbrugge模型為理論基礎(chǔ)構(gòu)建中國(guó)老年人失能過程模型,研究發(fā)現(xiàn):中國(guó)老年人失能過程表現(xiàn)為疾病(身體損害)、身體功能性限制、失能的演變過程。身體功能性限制特別是下肢活動(dòng)能力限制是疾病(身體損傷)向失能過渡的中間環(huán)節(jié);中風(fēng)腦血管疾病、老年癡呆、糖尿病是導(dǎo)致身體功能性限制的主要疾病;作為內(nèi)在個(gè)體因素的社會(huì)隔離感以及外在個(gè)體因素的醫(yī)療和生活資源的可獲得性對(duì)老年人失能過程具有顯著影響。在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素中,年齡是影響老年人失能的最主要因素。
[Abstract]:The study of disability process can provide policy basis for policy intervention to slow down elderly care needs. Based on the data of two issues of Chinese elderly Health impact factors Survey (CLHLS) in 2008 and 2011, based on the Verbrugge model, this paper constructs a disability process model for the elderly in China. It is found that the process of disability in the elderly in China is characterized by disease (physical damage), physical functional limitation, and disability. The limitation of body function, especially the limitation of lower extremity movement ability, is the intermediate link between disease (body injury) and disability, stroke, cerebrovascular disease, senile dementia, diabetes mellitus are the main diseases leading to the limitation of body function. The sense of social isolation as an internal individual factor and the availability of medical treatment and living resources of external individual factors have a significant impact on the disability process of the elderly. Among the risk factors, age is the most important factor affecting disability in the elderly.
