【摘要】：[目的]了解職業(yè)緊張對油田野外作業(yè)女工主觀幸福感的影響,為進一步通過職業(yè)緊張干預,提高油田野外作業(yè)女工主觀幸福感提供科學依據。[方法]于2014年1—8月,采用整群抽樣的方法,抽取新疆石油管理局在崗1年以上油田野外作業(yè)女工700名,采用職業(yè)緊張量表(OSI-R)和主觀幸福感量表(GWB)對上述人群進行職業(yè)緊張和主觀幸福感的調查。[結果]共回收問卷637份,問卷回收率為91.0%。不同性別的油田野外作業(yè)工人職業(yè)緊張得分差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。工齡長、已婚的油田野外作業(yè)女工主觀幸福感總分高于工齡短、未婚女工(P0.05);收入高的油田野外作業(yè)女工對健康的擔心得分高于收入低者(P0.05);鉆井女工對生活的滿足和興趣、憂郁或愉快的心境、對情感和行為的控制得分均高于采油女工(P0.05),職業(yè)緊張程度高的油田野外作業(yè)女工,其對生活的滿足和興趣較低(P0.05)。多元線性回歸分析發(fā)現,影響主觀幸福感的因素為工齡、個體緊張反應得分,其中個體緊張反應的影響方向為負向(b'=-0.143)。[結論]不同個體特征油田野外作業(yè)女工主觀幸福感水平存在差異;影響油田野外作業(yè)女工主觀幸福感的因素為工齡和個體緊張反應。
[Abstract]:[objective] to understand the influence of occupational stress on the subjective well-being of field workers in oil field, and to provide scientific basis for further intervention of occupational stress to improve the subjective well-being of field workers. [methods] from January to August, 2014, 700 female workers in field work in Xinjiang Petroleum Administration Bureau for more than one year were selected by cluster sampling method. Occupational stress and subjective well-being were investigated by occupational stress scale (OSI-RV) and subjective well-being scale (GWB). [results] A total of 637 questionnaires were collected and the recovery rate was 91.0%. There was no significant difference in occupational stress scores among field workers of different genders (P 0.05). The total score of subjective well-being of married field workers was higher than that of short working years, and that of unmarried workers was higher than that of unmarried workers. The scores of health concerns of field workers with high income were higher than those of low income workers, and the satisfaction and interest of drilling workers in life were higher than that of low income workers. The control scores of emotion and behavior in melancholy or happy state of mind were higher than that of female workers in oil production. The female workers with high degree of occupational stress in field work had lower satisfaction and interest in life. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of subjective well-being were length of service and scores of individual stress reaction. The influence direction of individual stress reaction was negative direction. [conclusion] there are differences in subjective well-being of field workers with different individual characteristics, and the factors affecting the subjective well-being of field workers are their working years and individual stress reaction.
