【摘要】：目的通過一起飲用污染水引起亞急性砷中毒事件的調(diào)查處置,總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn),為今后類似事件處置提供參考。方法對(duì)飲用污染水的村民有342人進(jìn)行入戶調(diào)查、體檢并對(duì)其尿樣進(jìn)行檢測(cè),開展現(xiàn)場(chǎng)流行病學(xué)調(diào)查,對(duì)飲用水進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。結(jié)果廢棄礦洞水砷含量為2.40 mg/L,末梢水砷含量0.63 mg/L,水源水砷含量0.01 mg/L,水源水、末梢水、廢棄礦洞水檢測(cè)汞含量未超過國家飲用水標(biāo)準(zhǔn)限值;對(duì)342名飲用污染水村民尿砷檢測(cè),均值為(1.089±1.64)mg/L,臨村45名沒有飲用污染水村民尿樣進(jìn)行砷對(duì)比檢測(cè),均值為(0.134±0.163)mg/L。結(jié)論結(jié)合病人臨床表現(xiàn)、流行病學(xué)調(diào)查和實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果,共診斷亞急性砷中毒病例8例,判斷本次事件為一起飲用水污染引起的砷中毒事件。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate and deal with subacute arsenism caused by drinking polluted water and summarize the experience so as to provide reference for the treatment of similar incidents in the future. Methods 342 villagers drinking polluted water were investigated, and their urine samples were examined by physical examination, and epidemiological investigation was carried out on the spot, and drinking water was tested. Results the arsenic content in waste mine hole water was 2.40 mg / L, the arsenic content in peripheral water was 0.63 mg / L, the arsenic content in source water was 0.01 mg / L, the mercury content in source water, tip water and waste mine hole water was within the limit of national drinking water standard. The average value was 1.089 鹵1.64 mg / L, and 45 villagers' urine samples without drinking polluted water were tested for arsenic. The average value was 0.134 鹵0.163 mg / L. Conclusion 8 cases of subacute arsenism were diagnosed according to the clinical manifestation, epidemiological investigation and laboratory results, and it was judged that this incident was caused by drinking water pollution.
