彈力帶柔性抗阻訓練對老年女性關節(jié)肌力和平衡能力的影響

【摘要】:目的探討實施彈力帶柔性抗阻訓練對老年女性關節(jié)肌力和平衡能力的改善效果。方法年齡、身高、體重相匹配的實驗組和對照組各24例,進行人體各大關節(jié)肌力及平衡能力測試,實驗組進行為期16 w(每周3次,每次1 h)的上臂、肩、背、腹、臀和腿部彈力帶柔性抗阻練習。結果實驗組握力、下肢蹲伸力、軀干屈伸力和手臂拉力均顯著增加(P0.05),閉眼單腳站立時間顯著增加(P0.01),跌倒風險顯著減小(P0.05),且與對照組訓練后比較也有明顯差異(P0.05,P0.01),閉目原地踏步時間減小但不顯著(P0.05)。結論彈力帶柔性抗阻訓練改善了老年女性關節(jié)肌力,減少了跌倒風險,但對動態(tài)平衡能力改善不顯著。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of elastic band flexible resistance training on the joint strength and balance of elderly women. Methods the muscle strength and balance ability of the major joints of the human body were tested in the experimental group (24 cases) and the control group (24 cases) with matched age, height and weight. The experimental group was given the upper arm, shoulder, back, abdomen for 16 weeks (3 times a week for 1 hour each time). Flexible resistance exercises with elastic belt for hips and legs. Results in the experimental group, grip strength, lower limb squat and extension force, The trunk flexion and extension force and arm tension were significantly increased, the standing time of one foot closed eyes was significantly increased, the fall risk was significantly reduced compared with that of the control group, and there was a significant difference compared with that of the control group after training. The time of standing in situ was decreased but not significant (P0.05). Conclusion the elastic band flexible resistance training can improve the joint strength and reduce the risk of falling, but the dynamic balance ability is not improved significantly.
