【摘要】：目的分析江西省腫瘤登記地區(qū)2010-2014年肺癌發(fā)病現(xiàn)狀及時(shí)間變化趨勢(shì),為江西省制定肺癌防治策略提供依據(jù)。方法依據(jù)2010-2014年江西省6個(gè)腫瘤登記地區(qū)肺癌發(fā)病數(shù)據(jù),計(jì)算肺癌的發(fā)病率、標(biāo)化率、累積率、截縮率、變化百分比(percentage change,PC)和年度變化百分比(annual percentage change,APC)等指標(biāo),并采用對(duì)數(shù)直線回歸法對(duì)APC進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果 2010-2014年江西省腫瘤登記地區(qū)肺癌粗發(fā)病率為40.57/10萬(wàn),中標(biāo)率為24.99/10萬(wàn),世標(biāo)率為33.44/10萬(wàn),0~74歲累積發(fā)病率為4.00%,35~64歲截縮率為44.32/10萬(wàn);2010-2014年肺癌發(fā)病率由38.62/10萬(wàn)上升至43.92/10萬(wàn),發(fā)病率、中標(biāo)率、世標(biāo)率APC值分別為11.12%、10.46%、11.38%,差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;肺癌年齡別發(fā)病率隨年齡增長(zhǎng)而上升,男性上升幅度大于女性。結(jié)論江西省腫瘤登記地區(qū)肺癌發(fā)病率有上升勢(shì)頭,45歲及以上男性是肺癌高危人群。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the present situation and time change trend of lung cancer in Jiangxi province from 2010 to 2014 so as to provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of lung cancer in Jiangxi province. Methods based on the data of lung cancer incidence in 6 tumor registration areas in Jiangxi province from 2010 to 2014, the incidence rate, standardized rate, accumulation rate, truncation rate, percentage of change and percentage of annual change of lung cancer were calculated. The method of logarithmic linear regression was used to analyze APC. Results from 2010 to 2014, the crude incidence of lung cancer in tumor registration areas in Jiangxi Province was 40.57 / 100 million, the winning rate was 249,99 / 100 thousand, the world standard rate was 3344 / 100 000, the cumulative incidence of lung cancer was 4.0032 / 100 000 years old and the cumulative incidence rate of 64 years old was 44.32% / 100 000. In 2010-2014, the incidence rate of lung cancer increased from 38.62.10 million to 43.92.10 million, and the incidence rate, the winning rate, The APC values of the world standard rate were 11.12 / 10.46 and 11.38, respectively. The age specific incidence of lung cancer increased with the increase of age, and the increase of male was greater than that of female. Conclusion the incidence of lung cancer in Jiangxi cancer registration area is increasing. Male patients aged 45 years and above are high risk groups of lung cancer.
