【摘要】：目的： 通過對常熟市2004-2012年度醫(yī)學(xué)放射工作人員職業(yè)健康體檢資料的回顧性調(diào)查和分析,了解常熟市醫(yī)學(xué)放射工作人員的職業(yè)健康情況,為今后管理機構(gòu)制訂和實施放射防護方案提供依據(jù)。 方法： 收集、匯總常熟市2004-2012連續(xù)9年1563人次醫(yī)學(xué)放射工作人員的職業(yè)健康體檢的眼晶體、心電圖、血常規(guī)、肝功能、染色體畸變及微核細胞等指標,數(shù)據(jù)錄入Excel表格中,建立數(shù)據(jù)庫,對資料進行統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析。 結(jié)果： 1.眼晶體和心電圖檢查隨著放射工齡的增加,眼晶體的異常率呈上升趨勢,放射工齡≥15年者眼晶體異常率明顯高于正常對照組(P0.05)。醫(yī)學(xué)放射工作人員心電圖的異常率與正常人群相比無明顯差異。 2.血液學(xué)指標2004-2006年白細胞計數(shù)均值明顯低于正常對照組(P0.05)；血紅蛋白異常檢出率高于白細胞及血小板；血小板的異常檢出率自2006年后明顯降低,后呈波浪狀改變。丙氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)移酶、門冬氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)移酶：不同放射工齡組與對照組相比,均無明顯統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P0.05)。 3.染色體檢查染色體畸變異常人數(shù)2004年明顯高于正常對照組(P0.05)；2004、2005及2009年度微核細胞異常人數(shù)明顯高于正常對照組。 結(jié)論： 1.近10年常熟市醫(yī)學(xué)放射工作人員職業(yè)健康狀況總體良好。 2.醫(yī)用電離輻射對放射工作人員健康產(chǎn)生一定的影響。 3.放射工齡超過15年者眼晶體、染色體損傷指標隨工齡的增加而顯著增高,呈累積性效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Objective: Based on the retrospective investigation and analysis of medical radiation workers' occupational health examination data in Changshu City from 2004 to 2012, the occupational health status of medical radiation workers in Changshu City was studied. To provide the basis for the future management organization to formulate and implement the radiation protection program. Methods: To collect and summarize the indexes of eye lens, electrocardiogram, blood routine, liver function, chromosome aberration and micronucleus of 1563 medical radiation workers in Changshu City for 9 consecutive years from 2004 to 2012. The data were recorded in the Excel form and the database was established. The data were analyzed statistically. Results: 1. The abnormal rate of eye lens and electrocardiogram (ECG) showed an increasing trend with the increase of radiation duration. The abnormal rate of ocular lens in patients with 15 years of radiation service was significantly higher than that in the normal control group (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in the abnormal rate of electrocardiogram between the medical radiation workers and the normal population. 2. The mean value of leukocyte count from 2004 to 2006 was significantly lower than that of normal control group (P 0.05), the abnormal detection rate of hemoglobin was higher than that of white blood cell and platelets, and the abnormal detection rate of platelet decreased significantly after 2006, and then showed wave change. Alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase: there was no significant difference between the different radiation age groups and the control group (P 0.05). 3. The number of chromosomal aberrations in 2004 was significantly higher than that in the normal control group (P0.05 / 2004,2004,2005,2009), and the number of abnormal micronucleus cells in 2004 was significantly higher than that in the normal control group. Conclusion: 1. The occupational health status of medical radiation workers in Changshu City was good in recent 10 years. 2. Medical ionizing radiation has a certain effect on the health of radiation workers. 3. The chromosome damage index of the eyes with more than 15 years of radiation service increased significantly with the increase of the length of service, and showed a cumulative effect.
