【摘要】：[目的]調(diào)查上海市黃浦區(qū)3~6歲兒童家長在兒童乘車安全方面的行為和知識(shí),了解兒童家長對(duì)安全座椅立法的知曉情況。[方法]采用自填式問卷調(diào)查的方法對(duì)黃浦區(qū)整群隨機(jī)抽取的有車家庭1 119名3~6歲兒童家長開展調(diào)查,問卷主要內(nèi)容包括兒童乘車行為、兒童安全座椅使用情況以及家長對(duì)兒童乘車安全知識(shí)及立法的知曉情況等。[結(jié)果]兒童乘車出行使用兒童安全座椅的占37.6%(421/1 119),使用汽車安全帶的占33.2%(371/1 119),家長懷抱的占10.5%(118/1 119)。不同年齡組兒童乘車行為不同(χ~2=83.811,P=0.000),6歲組兒童使用汽車安全帶的比例為43.2%(251/581)。不同乘車出行距離兒童乘車行為不同(χ~2=5.878,P=0.015),出行距離小于3 km的家庭,使用兒童安全座椅的比例為31.3%(72/230)。駕駛員佩戴安全帶及家長對(duì)兒童乘車安全的認(rèn)知正確者兒童安全座椅的使用率較高,分別是不佩戴安全帶和認(rèn)識(shí)錯(cuò)誤者的2.604倍與6.744倍。兒童安全座椅立法知曉率為28.3%(317/1 119)。[結(jié)論]上海市黃浦區(qū)兒童乘車出行存在過早使用安全帶、家長懷抱等不安全的乘車行為,兒童安全座椅使用率低。家長對(duì)兒童安全乘車行為及安全帶的使用存在認(rèn)知誤區(qū),兒童安全座椅立法知曉率低。
[Abstract]:[objective] to investigate the behavior and knowledge of parents of 3-year-old children in Huangpu District, Shanghai. [methods] A self-filling questionnaire was used to investigate 1,119 parents of children aged 36 years from a cluster of randomly selected families in Huangpu District. The main contents of the questionnaire included children's riding behavior. Child seat usage and parents' knowledge of children's car safety and legislation. [results] 37.6% of children travel by car, 421% of them use child safety seat, 33.2% of them use car seat belt, and 10.5% of them use car seat belt. Children in different age groups had different driving behaviors (蠂 ~ (2 / 2) 83.811) (蠂 ~ (2) 83.811 (P = 0.000) and the proportion of using car seat belts in children aged 6 years was 43.22 / 581% (25 / 581%). The behavior of children travelling in different distance was different (蠂 ~ (2 / 2) 5.878) (P 0.015). For families with travel distance of less than 3 km, the proportion of children's safety seats was 31.32 / 230. The utilization rate of children's safety seats was 2.604 times and 6.744 times higher than that of those who did not wear seat belts and who were wrong. The awareness rate of child safety seat legislation is 28.3%. [conclusion] Children travel in Huangpu District of Shanghai has unsafe ride behavior such as early use of seat belts and parents' embrace, and the utilization rate of child safety seats is low. Parents have some misunderstandings about children's safe riding behavior and the use of seat belts, and the awareness rate of children's safety seat legislation is low.
