【摘要】：目的了解上海市楊浦區(qū)托幼機(jī)構(gòu)生活飲水現(xiàn)狀,為指導(dǎo)托幼機(jī)構(gòu)飲水管理工作提供有益參考。方法采用問卷對(duì)楊浦區(qū)82家托幼機(jī)構(gòu)飲水衛(wèi)生現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查,隨機(jī)抽取43家托幼機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)衛(wèi)生學(xué)檢測(cè)。結(jié)果飲水類別以傳統(tǒng)的開水為主(90.2%)。托幼機(jī)構(gòu)飲水衛(wèi)生管理較規(guī)范,大部分托幼機(jī)構(gòu)能進(jìn)行常規(guī)飲水器具的清洗消毒。飲水水質(zhì)衛(wèi)生學(xué)檢測(cè)結(jié)果主要為部分微生物指標(biāo)超標(biāo),不合格指標(biāo)主要為細(xì)菌菌落總數(shù)、大腸菌群、霉菌和酵母菌、色度等,不合格樣品檢出率分別為60.5%,18.6%,7.0%,88.4%。結(jié)論應(yīng)進(jìn)一步重視托幼機(jī)構(gòu)飲水衛(wèi)生安全工作,加強(qiáng)飲水水質(zhì)的常規(guī)檢測(cè)并納入日常監(jiān)測(cè)范疇,加強(qiáng)飲水衛(wèi)生安全宣傳,醫(yī)教結(jié)合保障兒童飲水衛(wèi)生安全。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the present situation of drinking water in nursery institutions in Yangpu District, Shanghai, and to provide a useful reference for guiding the drinking water management of kindergartens. Methods the present situation of drinking water sanitation in 82 kindergartens in Yangpu District was investigated by questionnaire, and 43 kindergartens were randomly selected for field hygiene examination. Results traditional boiled water was the main type of drinking water. The hygienic management of drinking water is more standard, and most of the institutions can clean and disinfect the drinking water utensils. The hygienic test results of drinking water quality mainly showed that some microbial indexes exceeded the standard, and the unqualified indexes were mainly the total number of bacteria, coliform group, mold and yeast, chroma, etc. The detectable rate of unqualified samples was 60.5% and 18.67.0% and 88.4% respectively. Conclusion more attention should be paid to the safety of drinking water in child-care institutions, the routine detection of drinking water quality should be strengthened and included in the scope of daily monitoring, the propaganda of drinking water sanitation safety should be strengthened, and the safety of drinking water for children should be ensured by the combination of medical education and education.
