【摘要】：目的評(píng)價(jià)中國(guó)(未包括香港、澳門特別行政區(qū)和臺(tái)灣地區(qū))2014年和2015年急性弛緩性麻痹(Acute flaccid paralysis,AFP)病例監(jiān)測(cè)信息報(bào)告管理系統(tǒng)(AFP Surveillance Information Reporting and Management System,AFPSIRMS)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)質(zhì)量。方法采用描述流行病學(xué)方法分析通過(guò)AFPSIRMS收集的2014年和2015年AFP病例數(shù)據(jù)。結(jié)果中國(guó)2014年和2015年通過(guò)AFPSIRMS收集的AFP病例數(shù)分別為5 758例和5 217例,15歲兒童非脊髓灰質(zhì)炎(脊灰)AFP病例報(bào)告發(fā)病率分別為2.56/10萬(wàn)和2.31/10萬(wàn),AFP病例報(bào)告后48h內(nèi)調(diào)查率均為99%,合格糞便標(biāo)本采集率均為92%,糞便標(biāo)本7d內(nèi)送達(dá)率均為97%,2014年省級(jí)疾病預(yù)防控制中心(CDC)脊灰實(shí)驗(yàn)室糞便標(biāo)本分離結(jié)果 18d內(nèi)反饋率為97%,2015年省級(jí)CDC脊灰實(shí)驗(yàn)室糞便標(biāo)本分離結(jié)果 14d內(nèi)反饋率為96%。結(jié)論中國(guó)2014年和2015年AFPSIRMS保持較高質(zhì)量運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),各項(xiàng)國(guó)家級(jí)監(jiān)測(cè)指標(biāo)均達(dá)到維持無(wú)脊灰的要求。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the management system of Acute flaccid paralysis (AFP) case monitoring information management system (AFP Surveillance Information Reporting and Management System, AFPSIRMS) in China (not including Hongkong, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan region) in 2014 and 2015. Methods descriptive epidemiological methods were used. The data of AFP cases collected in 2014 and 2015 were collected by AFPSIRMS. Results the number of AFP cases collected by AFPSIRMS in 2014 and 2015 in China were 5758 cases and 5217 cases respectively. The incidence of non poliomyelitis (poliomyelitis) AFP cases of 15 year old children was 2.56/10 Vanward 2.31/10, respectively, and the rate of investigation in 48h was 99% after AFP case report. The collection rate of stool specimens were 92%, and the rate of delivery in 7d of fecal specimens was 97%. In 2014, the feedback rate in the fecal specimens from the Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) was 97%. In 2015, the feedback rate of the fecal specimen in the provincial CDC polio laboratory was 96%. conclusion in 2014 and 2015 in AFPSIRMS in China maintained high quality. The national monitoring indicators have reached the requirement of maintaining no polio.
