【摘要】：目的了解包頭市區(qū)兒童尿中17種稀土元素濃度。方法于2015年6—7月,按照分層抽樣法采集包頭市區(qū)144名健康小學生晨尿,選擇信息收集完整、尿液足量且肌酐濃度在正常范圍的136人,測定尿中鑭、鈰、鐠、釹、钷、釤、銪、釓、鋱、鏑、鈥、鉺、銩、鐿、镥、鈧和釔的濃度。結果包頭市區(qū)兒童尿中鑭、鈰、鐠、釹、釤和釔的濃度分別為(1.0±0.73)、(1.6±1.1)、(0.50±0.37)、(0.81±0.62)、(1.49±1.91)、(0.87±0.38)μg/g Cr,钷、銪、釓、鋱、鏑、鈥、鉺、銩、鐿、镥和鈧均未檢出。僅11~13歲組兒童尿中鐠的濃度高于9~10歲組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);而各年齡組兒童尿中鑭、鈰、釹、釤和釔的濃度間比較,差異均無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。各年齡組不同性別兒童尿中鑭、鈰、鐠、釹、釤、釔濃度間比較,差異均無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論包頭市區(qū)環(huán)境稀土污染可能對當?shù)貎和】翟斐捎绊憽?br/>[Abstract]:Objective to understand the concentration of 17 rare earth elements in the urine of children in Baotou city. Methods from 6 to July 2015, the morning urine of 144 healthy pupils in Baotou city was collected by stratified sampling, and 136 people in the normal range were collected and collected. There was statistical significance (P0.05), but there was no significant difference between the concentrations of lanthanum, cerium, neodymium, samarium and yttrium in the urine of children in all age groups (P0.05). There was no significant difference between the urine of different sex children in the urine of different sex children (P0.05). Conclusion the difference between the lanthanum, cerium, praseodymium, neodymium, samarium and yttrium in the urine of children of different age groups was not statistically significant (P0.05). Health has an impact.
