一起韋太夫雷登沙門菌食物中毒的分子病原學(xué)分析

【摘要】:目的對(duì)一起韋太夫雷登沙門菌食物中毒進(jìn)行分子病原學(xué)分析。方法對(duì)分離株采用肉湯稀釋法進(jìn)行藥敏試驗(yàn)測(cè)定;采用PCR技術(shù)檢測(cè)毒力基因inv A、sop B、flg K、ssaR和spv B的攜帶情況;采用ERIC-PCR技術(shù)進(jìn)行基因分型檢測(cè)。結(jié)果 18株韋太夫雷登沙門菌對(duì)氨芐西林、三代頭孢菌素、喹諾酮類、磺胺類等抗生素均表現(xiàn)出敏感,臨床抗生素治療效果好;均攜帶染色體毒力基因inv A、sop B、flg K和ssaR,不攜帶質(zhì)粒毒力基因spv B;ERCI-PCR顯示DNA指紋圖譜的相似度大于91%,可劃分為1個(gè)基因型。結(jié)論該起食物中毒由同一基因型的韋太夫雷登沙門菌菌株所致,攜帶有多種染色體毒力基因,致病性較強(qiáng),應(yīng)受到高度重視。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the molecular etiology of a food poisoning caused by Salmonella deltaeus. Methods the isolates were tested for drug sensitivity by broth dilution method, PCR technique was used to detect the carrying of virulence genes inv Asop Bnflg KnssaR and spv B, and ERIC-PCR technique was used to detect the genotyping of the virulence genes. Results 18 strains of Wetafraden Salmonella were sensitive to ampicillin, third generation cephalosporins, quinolones, sulfonamides and so on. All of them carried chromosome virulence genes inv Asop Bnflg K and ssaR. the similarity of DNA fingerprinting showed that the similarity of DNA fingerprinting was higher than 91%, and could be divided into one genotype without plasmid virulence gene spv BnERCI-PCR. Conclusion the food poisoning was caused by the same genotype of Salmonella wetafedianensis, which carried many kinds of chromosome virulence genes and had strong pathogenicity, so it should be paid more attention to.
