牛奶與乳飲料中痕量亞硝酸鹽的快速熒光檢測法

【摘要】:目的建立牛奶與乳飲料品中痕量亞硝酸鹽的快速熒光檢測方法。方法樣品經(jīng)乙醇沉淀蛋白質(zhì)后,于適量樣液中加入L-酪氨酸(L-Tyr),在酸性介質(zhì)和加熱條件下,樣液中的亞硝酸鹽氧化L-酪氨酸(L-Tyr),在堿性介質(zhì)中氧化產(chǎn)物可產(chǎn)生很強熒光,標準曲線法定量。結果方法線性范圍為4~40 ng,檢出限為0.04mg/kg,相對標準偏差小于10%,加標回收率為87.8%~90.1%。結論該方法靈敏、準確、快速、分析成本低,適合于牛奶和乳飲料中痕量亞硝酸鹽的快速檢測。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a rapid fluorescence method for the determination of trace nitrite in milk and milk beverage. Methods after the protein was precipitated by ethanol, L-tyrosine L-Tyrn was added in appropriate amount of sample solution. In acidic medium and heating condition, nitrite in the sample solution oxidized L-tyrosine L-Tyrn. The oxidized product produced very strong fluorescence in alkaline medium. Standard curve measurement. Results the linear range of the method was 4 ~ 40 ng / kg, the detection limit was 0.04 mg / kg, the relative standard deviation was less than 10% and the recovery rate was 87.8% and 90.1%. Conclusion the method is sensitive, accurate, rapid and low cost. It is suitable for the rapid determination of trace nitrite in milk and milk drink.
