【摘要】：秦漢魏晉南北朝時期,諸如瘧疾、瘴氣、傷寒、恙蟲病、天花、痢疾、結(jié)核病、狂犬病、麻風(fēng)病以及各種寄生蟲病等都較為流行。之所以會出現(xiàn)這種狀況,當(dāng)與頻繁的戰(zhàn)爭和災(zāi)害、流動人口的大量增加、地理環(huán)境特別是氣候條件的差異,以及人們的一些不良生活習(xí)慣和習(xí)俗關(guān)系至密。面對當(dāng)時林林總總的流行病,時人進行了包括順應(yīng)四季變化、注意維護和治理定居生活區(qū)環(huán)境的清潔衛(wèi)生、隔離病人和派遣醫(yī)生巡診及無償施藥、實施助葬措施等在內(nèi)的預(yù)防和控制舉措。這些應(yīng)對措施體現(xiàn)了三個特點:一是彰顯了預(yù)防為主的理念,二是重視流行病防治的制度建設(shè),三是注重用科技手段推動流行病的防治工作。
[Abstract]:Qin, Han, Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern dynasties, such as malaria, malaria, typhoid, tsutsugamushi disease, smallpox, dysentery, tuberculosis, rabies, leprosy and various parasitic diseases are more prevalent. The reason for this situation is that it is closely related to the frequent wars and disasters, the large increase in the floating population, the difference of the geographical environment, especially the climatic conditions, and the bad living habits and customs of people. In the face of all kinds of epidemics at that time, people carried out, including adapting to the changes of the four seasons, paying attention to maintaining and managing the cleanliness of the living environment, isolating patients and sending doctors to visit and apply medicine without charge. Measures to prevent and control the implementation of funeral assistance measures. These countermeasures embody three characteristics: one is to highlight the concept of prevention, the other is to pay attention to the system construction of epidemic prevention and control, and the third is to pay attention to promoting the prevention and control of epidemic diseases by scientific and technological means.
