非生物降解型及生物降解型長(zhǎng)效皮下埋植避孕劑的理論研究與應(yīng)用進(jìn)展

【摘要】:背景:皮下埋植避孕劑是一種新型的避孕方法,目前已在全世界推廣使用。目的:論述非生物降解型及生物降解型長(zhǎng)效皮下埋植避孕劑的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)其優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行探討。方法:由第一作者用計(jì)算機(jī)檢索中國(guó)知網(wǎng)、萬(wàn)方數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、Pub Med數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)1967至2015年收錄的有關(guān)文獻(xiàn),中文檢索詞為"埋植避孕劑、非生物降解、生物降解",英文檢索詞為"contraceptive implants,non-biodegradable,biodegradable"。共檢索到文獻(xiàn)240篇,選取符合要求的70篇進(jìn)行綜述。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:長(zhǎng)效皮下避孕埋植劑通過(guò)局部毛細(xì)血管進(jìn)入血液循環(huán)系統(tǒng),避免了腸胃吸收,提高了藥物的生物利用度,同時(shí)降低了藥物的不良反應(yīng)。根據(jù)藥物載體的性能分為非生物降解和可生物降解兩類。非生物降解埋植劑已被廣泛應(yīng)用,但因其非降解特性,致使不被機(jī)體吸收或代謝,需二次手術(shù)取出;生物降解型埋植劑藥物釋放完畢后,可生物降解的材料也基本降解,但由于材料本身特性所導(dǎo)致的缺陷限制了其應(yīng)用,因此,需要尋找更加適合的生物降解型緩釋載體。
[Abstract]:Background: subcutaneous implant contraceptive is a new contraceptive method, which has been widely used all over the world. Aim: to discuss the development of non-biodegradable and biodegradable long-acting subcutaneous implants and their advantages and disadvantages. Methods: the first author searched the literature collected from 1967 to 2015 with the Chinese key words of "buried contraceptive, non-biodegradable, biodegradable" and "contraceptive implants non-biodegradable biodegradable" by the computer search of China Zhiwang, Wanfang Med database from 1967 to 2015, and the Chinese key words were "contraceptive implants, non-biodegradable, biodegradable", and the Chinese key words were "implant contraceptive, non-biodegradable, biodegradable". A total of 240 articles were retrieved and 70 articles were reviewed. Results & conclusion: the long-term subcutaneous contraceptive implants enter the blood circulatory system through local capillaries, thus avoiding gastrointestinal absorption, increasing the bioavailability of drugs and reducing adverse drug reactions. According to the performance of drug carrier, it can be divided into two categories: non-biodegradable and biodegradable. Non-biodegradable implants have been widely used, but because of their non-degradable properties, they are not absorbed or metabolized by the body and need to be removed by secondary surgery. After the release of biodegradable implants, biodegradable materials are basically degraded. However, due to the defects caused by the properties of the material, it is necessary to find a more suitable biodegradable sustained-release carrier.
