【摘要】：目的了解黑龍江省腎綜合征出血熱(Hemorrhagic Fever with Renal Syndrome,HFRS)的流行特征和發(fā)病規(guī)律,為疫情防控提供參考依據(jù)。方法利用傳染病報(bào)告信息管理系統(tǒng)收集2007-2016年HFRS病例資料,采用描述流行病學(xué)方法進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果 2007-2016年黑龍江省共報(bào)告HFRS病例17 820例,死亡病例163例,年平均報(bào)告發(fā)病率4.66/10萬,年平均報(bào)告死亡率0.04/10萬。全省HFRS病例呈散發(fā),每年13個(gè)市(地)均有病例報(bào)告,其中報(bào)告發(fā)病數(shù)較多的市(地)為佳木斯(3 240例)、哈爾濱(2 283例)、雙鴨山(2 147例);報(bào)告發(fā)病率較高的市(地)為雙鴨山(14.48/10萬)、佳木斯(12.87/10萬)、鶴崗(9.05/10萬)。每年發(fā)病呈明顯的春夏季和秋冬季2個(gè)高峰,以秋冬高峰為主。男女發(fā)病性別比為3.65∶1;發(fā)病相對(duì)集中在30~59歲年齡組,占總病例的70.16%;職業(yè)構(gòu)成中以農(nóng)民為主,占總病例的68.60%。結(jié)論黑龍江省近10年HFRS發(fā)病率、死亡率總體呈下降趨勢(shì),壯年男性農(nóng)民為HFRS的高發(fā)人群,年近60歲及以上年齡組發(fā)病比例有增大的趨勢(shì)。為做好HFRS防控工作,應(yīng)繼續(xù)加強(qiáng)滅鼠、防鼠及高危人群疫苗接種工作,關(guān)注大年齡組人群疾病防控,減少新病例的出現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the epidemic characteristics and pathogenesis of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) Fever with Renal Syndromefus (HFRS) in Heilongjiang Province, and to provide reference for prevention and control of HFRS. Methods the infectious disease report information management system was used to collect the data of HFRS cases from 2007 to 2016, and the descriptive epidemiology method was used for statistical analysis. Results A total of 17,820 HFRS cases and 163 deaths were reported in Heilongjiang Province from 2007 to 2016. The average annual reported incidence rate was 4.66 / 100 thousand, and the average annual reported mortality rate was 0.04 / 100,000. The HFRS cases were sporadic in the province, and were reported in 13 cities (prefectures) every year. Among them, 3 240 cases of Jiamusi were reported, 2 283 cases of Harbin and 2 147 cases of Shuangyashan were reported, and the cities with higher reported incidence were Shuangyashan (1448 / 10 000), Jiamusi (128.7% / 10 000), Hegang (9.05% / 100 000). There were two peaks in spring and summer and autumn and winter, mainly in autumn and winter. The sex ratio of male to female was 3.65: 1, the incidence was relatively concentrated in the age group of 30 to 59 years old, accounting for 70.160.16.The occupation was mainly composed of farmers, which accounted for 68.60% of the total cases. Conclusion the incidence and mortality of HFRS in Heilongjiang Province in recent 10 years showed a downward trend. The male farmers were the high incidence population of HFRS in the past 10 years, and the incidence rate of the male farmers was increasing in the age group of 60 years and over. In order to prevent and control HFRS, we should continue to strengthen the vaccination of rodent control, rodent control and high risk population, pay attention to the prevention and control of diseases in the older age group and reduce the occurrence of new cases.
