【摘要】：目的探究復(fù)方柳葉熏蒸消毒劑對居室和養(yǎng)殖場空間的消毒效果及安全性。方法參照我國《消毒技術(shù)規(guī)范》空氣消毒檢測方法分別進(jìn)行實驗室試驗、現(xiàn)場試驗及動物毒性試驗。結(jié)果復(fù)方柳葉熏蒸消毒劑對1 m~3實驗室試驗中的白色葡萄球菌殺菌率為99.99%;不同季節(jié)試驗中對35 m~3公寓現(xiàn)場自然菌消亡率均大于90%;對35m~3養(yǎng)殖場自然菌消亡率均大于90%。安全性評價試驗顯示:小鼠急性經(jīng)口毒性LD_(50)值大于5 000 mg/m~3,小鼠急性吸入毒性LC_(50)值在2 h內(nèi)大于10 000 mg/m~3,對家兔皮膚無刺激,對兔眼有輕微刺激性。結(jié)論復(fù)方柳葉熏蒸消毒劑毒性低,對空氣中微生物殺滅效果較好,可適用于多種空間消毒。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the disinfection effect and safety of compound willow leaf fumigation disinfectant on living room and farm space.Methods the laboratory test, field test and animal toxicity test were carried out according to the air disinfection test method.Results the bactericidal rate of compound willow leaf fumigation disinfectant to staphylococcus albicans in 1 mm3 laboratory test was 99.99%; in different season test, the natural bacteria extinction rate of 35mm3 apartment was higher than 90%; the death rate of natural bacteria in 35m~3 farm was more than 900.Results the bactericidal rate of compound willow leaf fumigation disinfectant was 99.99% in laboratory test.The safety evaluation test showed that the acute oral LDI _ (50) value of mice was greater than 5 000 mg / m ~ (3), and the acute inhalation toxicity of mice was greater than 10 000 mg / m ~ (-1) in 2 h, which had no irritation to rabbit skin and slight irritation to rabbit's eyes.Conclusion compound willow leaf fumigation disinfectant has low toxicity and is effective in killing microorganism in air. It can be used in many kinds of space disinfection.
