【摘要】：目的評(píng)估某電鍍企業(yè)職業(yè)健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn),并研究評(píng)估方法的適用性。方法采用ICMM風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估技術(shù)中定性評(píng)估矩陣和定量評(píng)估模型對(duì)某電鍍企業(yè)工人的職業(yè)健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行評(píng)估;利用職業(yè)健康檢查結(jié)果驗(yàn)證評(píng)估結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確性;并從危害因素種類、暴露途徑等角度分析方法適用性。結(jié)果鍍鉻崗位吸入鉻酸鹽的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等級(jí)RR值為900和1 800,有極高的致鉻鼻病和肺癌的健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn);其他崗位吸入其他職業(yè)病危害因素?zé)o風(fēng)險(xiǎn)或低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。結(jié)論 ICMM風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估技術(shù)能評(píng)估出該電鍍企業(yè)職業(yè)健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn),但定量評(píng)估模型能高估實(shí)際為低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)崗位的職業(yè)健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn),而定性評(píng)估矩陣能低估實(shí)際為高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)崗位的職業(yè)健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。針對(duì)電鍍企業(yè)職業(yè)健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)崗位應(yīng)采取工藝改進(jìn)、加強(qiáng)防護(hù)和職業(yè)衛(wèi)生管理等措施降低職業(yè)健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the occupational health risk of an electroplating enterprise and to study the applicability of the evaluation method.Methods using qualitative evaluation matrix and quantitative evaluation model in ICMM risk assessment technology to evaluate occupational health risk of electroplating workers, using the results of occupational health inspection to verify the accuracy of the evaluation results, and according to the types of hazard factors.The applicability of the method was analyzed from the point of view of exposure pathway.Results the RR values of chromate inhalation were 900 and 1,800 in chromium-plated jobs, which had a high risk of chromium nose disease and lung cancer, and no or low risk of other occupational hazards in other jobs.Conclusion the ICMM risk assessment technique can evaluate the occupational health risk of the electroplating enterprise, but the quantitative assessment model can overestimate the occupational health risk in the actual low risk position.The qualitative assessment matrix can underestimate the occupational health risk in high-risk positions.In view of the occupational health risk posts in electroplating enterprises, some measures should be taken to reduce the occupational health risks, such as technological improvement, strengthening of protection and occupational hygiene management, etc.
