【摘要】：目的探討食品監(jiān)測中理化檢驗存在的問題,并提出相應的應對措施,為食品監(jiān)測中理化檢驗質量控制管理提供理論依據(jù)。方法分析現(xiàn)在食品監(jiān)測中存在的質量問題及影響質量的主要因素,提出有效的解決措施。結果食品監(jiān)測中理化檢驗存在的問題主要有檢測人員、檢測環(huán)境、儀器設備等因素;根據(jù)存在的問題,提出有效地解決措施提升檢測人員專業(yè)知識、加強檢測環(huán)境的質量控制、加強相關機構的交流、加強對儀器設備的投入、完善管理制度、加強實驗試劑管理和嚴格遵守食品取樣要求等等。結論食品安全問題是民之大計,至關重要,做好食品監(jiān)測技術,提高食品衛(wèi)生質量檢測具有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the existing problems of physical and chemical inspection in food monitoring, and to provide theoretical basis for the quality control management of physical and chemical inspection in food monitoring.Methods the existing quality problems in food monitoring and the main factors affecting the quality were analyzed, and the effective measures were put forward.Results the main problems in the physical and chemical inspection of food were the personnel, the environment, the equipment and so on. According to the existing problems, the effective measures were put forward to improve the professional knowledge of the examiners, and to strengthen the quality control of the testing environment.Strengthen the exchange of relevant institutions, strengthen the input of instruments and equipment, improve the management system, strengthen the management of experimental reagents and strictly comply with the requirements of food sampling, and so on.Conclusion the problem of food safety is of great importance to the people. It is of great significance to do well the technology of food monitoring and improve the quality of food hygiene.
